The Villa boasts full Air Conditioning throughout, you will find a large open plan living area with lounge and dining space. The lounge area has comfortable sofas and a large cast iron fireplace, perfect for the cooler months. There is also a TV with full satellite free to view channels. The dining area has a large wooden table which seats 6, ideal for dinner parties.
The living area leads through to a separate kitchen with granite work surfaces and complete with all mod cons.
There are ample 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large king size beds and other two have twin beds. All of the bedrooms come complete with fitted wardrobes for plenty of storage space. All rooms have windows that view the garden or pool area.
The bathrooms consist of one with whirpool bathtub and the other with a shower and bidet. There is also a guest WC off the hall.

Villa La Noria is set in private gardens with a large terrace and 9X5 swimming pool. There are shaded terraces with table and chairs for dining outside and there is ample furniture for 6 guests to lounge around the pool comfortably. There is a BBQ for your use and wonderful views over La Noria Golf Course Resort.

The Costa del Sol region
Mijas-Costa covers a 600,000 square metre area and belongs to the town of Mijas on the Costa del Sol. The whole of Mijas has 56.838 inhabitants. Mijas-Costa is east of Marbella and situated almost in the middle of Marbella and Fuengirola.
It has easy access via the motorway making travel easy to anywhere on the Costa del Sol. Malaga's international airport is 20 minutes away and Marbella's large shopping centre can be reached in just 15 minutes. Benalmadena is just 15 minutes drive away, Marbella 20 minute drive away, Gibraltar around 60 minutes drive away.
The Mijas Costa / La Cala de Mijas area
La Cala is a pretty Spanish village unspoiled by mass tourism and located in the heart of the Costa del Sol on the Mijas Costa. Offering numerous shops and restaurants and a beautiful long, sandy beach, which offers water sports activities and many beach bars, you will love the charm of this old fishing pueblo. The prestigious resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are also just a short drive along the coast.
