Villa La Noria is quite honestly one of the best located private villas with pool on the whole of the Costa del Sol!
Modern high quality 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property. Quiet and peaceful yet only 5/10 minute walk to all facilities and beaches. Perfectly central with easy access to Marbella, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, and local airport of Malaga.

Fantastic restaurants and shops are all found on the short walk from the villa. Nice private pool to enjoy and modern facilities make this your home from home. Extras include, plasma tv, fully air conditioned, new kitchen, ample bathroom & Shower rooms, guest toilet, outdoor parking for 2-3 cars. Garden area.

The Villa boasts full Air Conditioning throughout, you will find a large open plan living area with lounge and dining space. The lounge area has comfortable sofas and a large cast iron fireplace, perfect for the cooler months. There is also a TV with full satellite free to view channels. The dining area has a large wooden table which seats 6, ideal for dinner parties.

The living area leads through to a separate kitchen with granite work surfaces and complete with all mod cons.

There are ample 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large king size beds and other two have twin beds. All of the bedrooms come complete with fitted wardrobes for plenty of storage space. All rooms have windows that view the garden or pool area.

The bathrooms consist of one with whirpool bathtub and the other with a shower and bidet. There is also a guest WC off the hall.

Villa La Noria is set in private gardens with a large terrace and 9X5 swimming pool. There are shaded terraces with table and chairs for dining outside and there is ample furniture for 6 guests to lounge around the pool comfortably. There is a BBQ for your use and wonderful views over La Noria Golf Course Resort.

The Costa del Sol region

Mijas-Costa covers a 600,000 square metre area and belongs to the town of Mijas on the Costa del Sol. The whole of Mijas has 56.838 inhabitants. Mijas-Costa is east of Marbella and situated almost in the middle of Marbella and Fuengirola.

It has easy access via the motorway making travel easy to anywhere on the Costa del Sol. Malaga's international airport is 20 minutes away and Marbella's large shopping centre can be reached in just 15 minutes. Benalmadena is just 15 minutes drive away, Marbella 20 minute drive away, Gibraltar around 60 minutes drive away.

Local buses run regularly between the airport and the local town of Fuengirola.

“This villa is well below standard and is not accurately portrayed on the website” The villa was advertised as having sea views and 500m from beach not true,this was a big let down as i had chosen it for that reason for my 5yr old grandson. Also advertised as having a hair dryer not true, there were no cushions for sun beds, the toaster didn't work, it was also advertiesed as having full Sky channels, not true and there were no batteries in the remote, the DVD player had no sound, it said on the website there was a safe, you guessed it not true again, the shower leaked very badly because the silicone seal was broken so the floor flooded everytime it was used. When i made the manager aware he did not even have the decency to acknowledge it.The cushions on the outside furniture were dirty and the towels were of poor quality. I have used holiday lettings for the past few years and have stayed in some fabulous villa's the quality of this villa was well below what you would expect when paying a premium. The most annoying aspect is that it was advertised as something completely different to what was delivered in reality. The person who was handling the villa rental was not very helpful and was very difficult to deal with even by e mail prior to our holiday. It is by far rhe worst Villa i have ever rented and was not as good as some of the lower cost apartments we have stayed in. We would go back to La Cala as we liked the traditional feel of the area not too commercial. The villa is in a quiet location apart from the dogs barking early morning, such a shame because it could be made very nice with a bit of care and attention. All in all we were so disappointed. “Has potential to be a lovley Villa, but lacked those special touches” Th Villa was clean and adequate but what I didn't find acceptable was the misleading information on the advertisement. The villa is advertised as a "Superior" Villa. The Villa boasted a sea view - we didn't have one, it said 500m from the beach, it was more like a 15 minute walk. The following things were advertised, alarm, safe, hairdryer, and toaster. There was no alarm or safe, and no hairdryer (although one was provided when requested) the toaster was broken. There were no batteries in the remote for the DVD player. The towels in particular, were very grotty. There were no cushions for the plastic sunbeds and again we had to request these. The villa is advertised as 4 bedroom with 2 ensuites, there is only 3 bedrooms, with one ensuite. The shower in the main bathroom leaked badly and a huge pool of water had to be mopped up after every shower. The property information provided in the villa stated the incorrect address of the villa which could have been a disaster had we got in a taxi and given him the wrong address. On the positive side the outside area was very nice, and it was a lovely quiet location, and the pool was great. The location of the Villa was good, although you did have to cross a busy road to reach La Cala town which was very nice, quaint and quiet, with some good restaurants and cafes. A nice place for families. Villa La Noria could be a "Superior" Villa if a little more care and attention was put into the presentation and "creature comforts" that people expect when paying extra for a private Villa. Response: Dear Client, We take note of the mentioned points and although do not agree with a few points, we must state that the property does not advertise 4 bedrooms, it advertises on the property description 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, no full sky tv, no internet provided, available at a fee means you can rent this facilities prior to arrival. I believe everything was provided uppon asking via the house handy man.We can apologise if the property did not meet your expectation but we again are accurate on distances to the nearest facilities and La cala town is also just a short walk away with easy access. We always aim to keep high standards and all notes will be taken on board for future rentals. Best regards.
