The villa is built on one level. It has 3 double bedrooms two of the bedrooms have single beds and the third has a double bed and is en suite. In addition there is another full bathroom and cloakroom. There is a large living room which opens onto a patio and pool. There is satellite tv with a number of English channels. There is a Kitchen with full cooking facilities including microwave and two fridges. There are also separate dining room and breakfast area. There is also an open log fire and central heating/ air-conditioning in all the bedrooms.

Outside there is a large patio area with sunbeds around the pool. The pool is also fringed by a beautiful garden. Within the garden there is a shaded barbecue and dining area complete with furniture. The enclosed drive has space for 4 cars. The garden area is very private.

The villa is a quiet area of similar detached properties. It is not overlooked. It is within walking distance of amenities and can easily be reached by taxi from Mijas or Fuengirola.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol is one of Europe's most popular destinations. It is easily reached with most major and regional UK airports offering frequent flights to Malaga. The climate is typically Mediterranean with very warm summers and mild winters. There is little or no rain during the summer months. The area has an excellent infrastructure and it is easy to travel to some of Spain's most beautiful cities. Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Gibraltar can all be reached for a day trip.
The Mijas Costa area
There are many fiestas in the area from May through to October. The town of Fuengirola has great shops, restaurants as well as an impressive small zoo, a castle and a cinema with films in English. There are many beaches with activities such as windsurfing and paragliding. Golf courses are within easy reach of the property.

The closest Airport is Malaga, which is 20 minutes drive from the house. The house can be easily reached by Taxi. There is a regular train service to Fuengirola.
