This is a brand new 3 storey property located in the luxury resort Riviera del Sol. This spacious property is tastefully decorated with oak furniture. The master bedroom has a spacious balcony with great views and en suite bathroom. The other bedrooms also have built-in wardrobes and share another fully equipped bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the modern amenities that you would expect from a luxury property. The lounge has comfy sofas, TV, DVD, and video. There are two balconies (one overlooking the pool) which offer great views of the coast. The villa also has a furnished roof terrace which is great for sunbathing in the privacy of your own home.

Situated on a secure site for family piece of mind. 3 pools with waterfalls on the site, one of which is overlooked by the house. There are two tennis courts one hundred yards away. Ten minutes walk from Miraflores Golf Club. There is also a taxi rank next to the coastal road.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The Costa del Sol stretches over 150km and is probably the most popular tourist destination in Spain. The climate is fabulous with hot summers and mild winters (over 300 days of sunshine a year). Over the past 70 years the area has been transformed from a farming and fishing based rural community into a vibrant tourist destination. In the 1950's the area gained real acclaim as the rich and famous took up residence; famous names included Ava Gardner, Grace Kelly, Marlon Brando and members of Royal families.

The Costa del Sol has the highest concentration of foreign residents in Spain, which means language is rarely a problem as most residents have a good grasp of English. There are many great resorts in the Costa del Sol which include: Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Marbella. Miles of sandy beaches, many championship golf courses, water sports, fantastic European cuisine and a rich local history make this a great destination for friends and families alike.

History in the area dates back to the rule of the Phoenicians, and the area has subsequently been occupied by
Greeks, Romans and Moors. All of these influences can be seen in the towns and architecture so you will be spoilt for choice if you are looking for historical sites and ancient monuments.

Mijas Costa / Riviera del Sol area

Riviera del Sol boasts just about every activity that you can imagine. On site there are swimming pools, the beach and two tennis courts. With great restaurants, bars and a vibrant night life this destination is great for all ages. On the beach you can find just about every water sport you could hope for and there is also a great water park nearby for entertaining the young ones. The property is ten minutes walk from Miraflores Golf Club, with its own golf school. If one golf course is not enough for you there are many courses throughout the region which is why the Costa del Sol is often referred to as the Costa del Golf.

With so much on offer it’s hard to imagine leaving Riviera del Sol, but if you can find the time there are some great cities and towns to visit. Malaga is the birthplace of the famous painter Pablo Picasso, whose home is a popular tourist attraction. One of the most interesting areas for visitors to Malaga is the old historic quarter, which still carries the mark of nearly eight hundred years of Moorish rule. Malaga also boasts a Roman theatre and Moorish palace, a commercial centre with first class shopping and a vibrant social life.

For those who wish to travel a little further afield and see the "real" Spain the cities of Granada, Seville and Cordoba are not to be missed. Other popular excursions include shopping trips to Gibraltar and a day excursion to Tangier in Morocco where you travel across the Straits of Gibraltar by high speed catamaran to Africa.

How to get there

Fly to Malaga airport, Riviera is a twenty minute drive from the airport on the toll road. We can arrange a pick up and drop off facility for 40 euro's each way. If you want a hire car, we can arrange for someone to meet you at the airport on arrival, and be at the airport to collect the car on your departure. There are taxi's also at the airport and shouldn't cost you more than 35 euro's
