Home description
This apartment (finished in 2006) is on the second floor (there is a lift) and has been thoughtfully furnished to a high standard. The balcony has sea views to the right and Mijas Hills to the left. Outdoor seating completes the al fresco experience. The lounge/diner has marble flooring and air conditioning, as well as a large screen satellite t.v, dvd player and hi-fi system with cd, radio and cassette. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and marble floors, with the master bedroom being en-suite with air conditioning and a safe. We leave a complimentary welcome pack so that guests may have a drink and a light snack before having to worry about visiting a supermarket. Both bathrooms are fully tiled each having a bath with shower over. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board plus plenty of useful utensils.

The sunshine coast of Spain has plenty of activities to suit all ages and tastes. Miraflores is situated between the bustling lively town of Fuengirola and the more sophisticated Marbella and Puerto Banus. Mijas Costa / Riviera Del Sol Miraflores area
Miraflores is a well established, well maintained area, and the apartment is in a good location. A ten minute stroll will take you to the nearest beach at Torrenueva with sunbeds and parasols available plus a choice of beach bars. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance, either at Torrenueva or the Terraza Centre in Miraflores. Five minutes in the car will take you to the lovely small towns of La Cala and Calahonda, with many more shops, restaurants and beaches, or the pretty harbour at Cabopino. Golfers are spoilt with a choice of top golf courses situated along the coast. Shopaholics can feed their addiction at the large shopping malls at La Canada in Marbella, or Miramar in Fuengirola and the various street markets. Children are well catered for with Tivoliworld theme park (like Chessington/Thorpe park), two aquaparks, zoo, naturepark, crocodile park, wolfland and of course plenty of sandy beaches. Car hire is not essential, but will enhance your holiday. Buses and taxis are available within walking distance.
How to get there
Fly to Malaga Airport, approximately 25-30 minute drive to Miraflores. We will supply you with detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and will meet you to hand over keys. All major budget airlines fly to Malaga e.g. Monarch, Easyjet, Excel, or try www.travelsupermarket.com We have found www.holidayautos.co.uk to be reasonable for car hire. If you are not hiring a car, taxis are readily available at the airport.

Conditions
This apartment is of a very high standard and we have endeavoured to make this a "home from home" rather than a basic holiday flat. When you book, you will be booking directly with us, not an agent and we will be waiting to welcome you personally and give you your keys and any helpful information. We welcome couples, mature persons and families with well behaved children. At this time we are not taking bookings for young singles/groups. Smoking- we ask any smokers to use the balcony and ash tray provided.

A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance being due 8 weeks before arrival. A £100 security deposit is also payable at the time of booking. This will be refunded up to 14 days after departure.You can pay by Bank Transfer or PayPal.
Changeover day is usually Saturday, but we can be flexible. Please ask! Arrival time is from 3pm, departure time 11am, but again we aim to be flexible.
The above rates include the cleaning of your apartment before your visit. If you are here for a two week stay, we will arrange a mid-stay linen/towel change (we do not charge for this, unlike some!!)
