Our garden apartment is perfect for relaxing in the sun, eating al fresco and is only a short distance from several local restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Even though you are pretty well self contained it is only a short distance to the international resorts of Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola.
If golf is your game then you are 1.5km from Miraflores golf club. There is also tennis and Crown Green bowling situated in the Miraflores urbanisation and all of the aquatic activities associated with the Mediterranean are, of course, close at hand.
Our apartment benefits from the landscaped private garden, perfect for reading, sunbathing or dining. Inside the air conditioning keeps you cool in summer or warm in winter. In the summer the apartment is perfectly situated to take advantage of the large, safe, life guarded swimming pool. In short a great place to be for whatever kind of holiday you have in mind.

The garden apartment has been furnished with comfort and style in mind. The sofa becomes a double bed thus making it possible to accommodate up to 6 people in comfort.
To avoid bathroom jams we also have a shower room with wc and hand basin ensuring everyone gets out on time.
Our climate control air conditioning keeps the inside comfortable when needed, however, we would ask our guests not to use it with the windows and doors open.
Our satellite tv receives freeview channels and there is an integral DVD player so guests can take some of their favourite films with them.

At the rear of the Garden apartment there is a large patio, perfect for dining or bbq and a landscaped garden for sunbathing on loungers.
For our guests security all of the windows have high quality grills and the doors, front and rear, have double locking gates.
Outside the front door there is a keysafe very useful when guests are arriving late at night.
The swimming pool is safely fenced and has poolside showers and there is a communal toilet block, however I would say our apartment is closer to the pool.
To secure the booking a £150 non refundable deposit is required.The final balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival and we will require a £100 refundable damage deposit. We understand accidents happen and we would not withold a deposit for the odd broken glass or cup. We would ask our guests to replace any such breakages while they are there.

The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol boasts well over 300 days of sunshine every year and is a renowned international destination with jet set resorts, shopping malls and fabulous dining and nightlife.
It is also known as the Costa del Golf for its many manicured courses. High season for golf stretches from September to March before the sun worshippers return.
Just behind the coastal facade you can quickly find true Andalusia in places like Caesares and Ronda so for guests who are interested in touring the area there is plenty to interest them.
The Fantastic City of Granada and the Ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada are only a 2 hour drive away.
Facilities local to the Garden apartment boast a variety of restaurants and bars. Fantastic golden beaches which stretch for miles. Various water sports are catered for. La Cala de Mijas is the central point of Mijas Costa near Fuengirola. From being a tiny village, La Cala de Mijas has grown in size but still retains its quaint fishing village charm and atmosphere. There are many excellent bars and restaurants in this area.
The traditional local markets are on Wednesday and Saturday. La Cala has its own fiestas in July and during this time it becomes magical. Music and flamenco dancing fill the promenade. La Cala de Mijas is reachable by foot in just 15 minutes.
Torrenueva is just a few minutes walk from the apartment and here you will find a supermarket, numerous bars, chinese, Italian,Spanish and Indian restaurants as well as other options. Also various coach excursions including Gibraltar and Dolphin spotting can be booked from the travel agents just a short walk from the apartment. The closest beach is Nachos beach with its bars and restaurants and is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
