This enormous 3 bedroom fully air conditioned duplex apartment is situated on the beach at Riviera Del Sol (mid way between Fuengirola and Marbella), just 20 minutes drive from Malaga airport. The location is superb for clients who love to have the sea and the beach outside their door! There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets all within easy walking distance.
There are 3 sun terraces which all offer fantastic sea views. The ground floor has an unusually large lounge,dining and office area with 2 sun terraces. There is a 42" flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player, all centred around a marble fireplace. There is also a very large well equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room. One of the 3 bedrooms is located on the ground floor which has its own en suite bathroom. A marble staircase leads up to the next level, where there is an indoor and outdoor terrace (superbly located to watch the sun going down over the sea)! Then there are 2 more bedrooms and bathrooms (one en-suite).
The apartment is part of the secure gated complex of Lubina Del Sol, which has a pool, large community gardens, and its own private tennis court. The pool and grounds are kept in immaculate condition. There are also 2 gates that give you direct access to the beach from the gardens! The parking is also secure.

Costa Del Sol
The Costa del Sol boasts well over 300 days of sunshine every year and is a renowned international destination with jet set resorts, shopping malls and fabulous dining and nightlife.
It is also known as the Costa del Golf for its many manicured courses. High season for golf stretches from September to March before the sun-worshippers return.
Just behind the coastal facade you can quickly find true Andalusia in places like Caesares and Ronda so for guests who are interested in touring the area there is plenty to interest them.
The Fantastic City of Granada and the Ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada are only a 2 hour drive away and there are countless other historic cities and villages to visit.
Riviera Del Sol
Riviera Del Sol is just a few minutes walk from a huge range of bars, cafes, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Less than 5 minutes in one direction is Dona Lola with local cafe, bars and shops, and just under/across the main road is Riviera Del Sol with yet more supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shopping options.
Fantastic golden beaches stretch for miles from outside the apartment all the way to the delightful town of La Cala de Mijas, which is the central point of Mijas Costa. From being a tiny village, La Cala de Mijas has grown in size but still retains a quaint fishing village with charm and atmosphere. It has many excellent bars and restaurants, and traditional local markets on Wednesday and Saturday. La Cala has its own fiestas in July and during this time it becomes magical. Music and flamenco dancing fill the promenade. La Cala de Mijas is reachable via a lovely beach or pavement walk in approximately 25 minutes.
The historic towns of Fuengirola and Marbella are both within each reach by car (or bus from outside the property) within 15 minutes.

This rental is absolutely beautiful and huge. Three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, balconies galore; you really can't ask for a nicer place to stay. There is a huge movie library to choose from. Large closets. No internet, but we're told it should be coming next year (plenty of cafes around with free wifi though). Washing machine and dishwasher are in the unit. The owners have a stack of information about local interests with maps and information. The location is excellent, as you have the beach right outside your door, as well as a bus stop right outside the complex (if you'd like to go to Marbella or Malaga). It is also convenient that the tour companies (that do the day trips to Seville, Granada, etc.) pick up at the same bus stop. There are supermarkets across the street and lots of restaurants all around. The complex has a lovely pool and a nice tennis court with sea views. Be warned that you need shoes for the beach as once you step in the water, there are lots of sharp rocks in this spot. They are building a boardwalk along the beach which will go for many miles in each direction--very convenient with great views. We couldn't ask for a nicer stay.

It was really good to be able to reach the appartment so quickly and easily from the airport in Malaga. I found it very comfortable with everything that I needed to hand. There is plenty of space in the appartment with a good sized kitchen and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs This spaciousness is accentuated by lots of windows and balconies on two sides; the views over the gardens and the sea are wonderful.
There was no dishwasher but with so many good restaurants very close by I didnt have a great need of one.
The appartment block as a whole is well cared for and the spanish neighbours I met were delightful and friendly. I definitely plan to go again.

"Fantastic apartment in a great location"
We enjoyed a lovely week with 2 other couples. Apartment very comfortable for 3 couples with 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Lots of outside space on 2 levels. Ground floor accommodation very spacious with large well equipped kitchen. The complex has its own swimming pool and it was warm enough to swim in mid October. Also private tennis court which we made full use of. The apartment is right on the seafront with lovely views. A walkway is being built along the coastline which makes walking very easy to numerous beachfront restaurants. It should be completed by the end of the year but already has usable stretches. We ate very well in local restaurants fish especially good and reasonably priced. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay with lots of places of interest within easy driving distance.

We enjoyed greatly staying in this lovely spacous apartment! All was great! It is a two-floor apartment with two bedrooms with two bathrooms up-stairs, and a master bedroom with its own bathroom on the 1st floor. All bathrooms and kitchen have warm water from the gas boiler. There are four balconies - two on the 2nd floor, two on the first, very enjoyable in the evenings! The apartment is very comfortably planned, and has everything needed for a family holiday. Feels like it can accomodate up to 10 people with no problem! The house and the garden are very well kept, the swimming pool very convenient, and access to the sea is very easy, just across the lawn though the gate. Owners left us tea, coffee, spices, olive oil and a bottle of wine, we greatly approciated all, specifically wine! Internet connection is through MiFi, it worked for mailing. Many extra thanks to the owners for marvellous collection of music (stereosystem), films (large flat TV) and books. Watching films sitting on the comfortable sofa was a fantastic family event for every night! Absence of WiFi, and unfunctional air-condition on the 1st floor are the only minuses. The latter was no problem when the nights were cold, but with warm nights, it became hot in the sleeping room. One can wish a dishwasher (there is a place for it in the kitchen), but this is a minor thing.
The apartment is taken care of by the agency Caribasol. The ladies there took a very good care of us helping with gas refuel, printing of boarding passes and ordering a taxi. Would highly recommend the flat for all sorts of companies!

We will install a dishwasher in readiness for 2015 and we will also ask the engineer to have a look at the air conditioning. We are also planning other upgrades/refurbishments over the winter time but we are not increasing the price. Thanks again for taking the time to comment.

"What a fabulous location"
My family and I had a fabulous two weeks in this property; key pick-up, directions very smooth. Location perfect; right on the sea. Complex well maintained (parking is limited, and can be an issue). The pool is deep; both my children are good swimmers, but need to supervised at all times. Plenty of lovely restaurants, beach bars, shops and any other amenities you may wish for are all close at hand. Would go back in the morning!!!
