Enjoy the peace, tranquility and panoramic views of La Cala Golf down to the coastal resort of Fuengirola and as far as the Sierra de Malaga snow caped mountains. or enjoy watching the golfers on the David Leadbetter Golfing range opposite.

Fully air conditioned, luxury, 2 bedroom apartment with. 2 large balconies. Patio doors lead onto both the balconies. From the lounge and master bedroom, the patio doors open up onto the large balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful and panoramic views of La Cala Golf down to the coastal resort of Fuengirola and as far as the Sierra de Malaga snow caped mountains. From the back balcony enjoy watching the golfers on the David Leadbetter Golfing range, or cross over the road and practise yourself! A self catering apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment comprises of 2 double bedrooms, both can be made into twins to allow for 4 golfers. One bedroom has ‘en suite‘ facilities whilst the other is serviced by a large walk in shower and facilities. The comfortable and modern lounge/dining room has Satellite T.V. showing the ’free to air’ channels, DVD and a music system. There is a large swimming pool with sun loungers provided and a Jacuzzi. For security this is an enclosed development, with underground parking and lift access to the front door of the apartment. A car is recommended. Los Altos is a very quiet location but within a 15 minute drive to the local fishing town of La Cala and more vibrant town of Fuengirola. Several golf courses are only a short drive away. There is a large swimming pool with sun loungers and a Jacuzzi. For security this is an enclosed development, with underground parking and lift access to the front door of the apartment. Booking Terms and Conditions.

* A 30% non refundable deposit secures the booking.
* Full balance of payment must be made 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement.
* A £150.00 (200.00 Euro) deposit is required with final payment, this is held against damage and breakages, and is fully refundable via bank transfer on inspection of apartment after departure.
* No groups considered, when all members of the party are under 30 years of age.
* If due to circumstances beyond our control the accommodation booked becomes unavailable coincidental with the clients scheduled time of residence we will do everything within our power to offer the client alternative accommodation to the same or of a similar specification. If this cannot be met a full refund will be made.
* All clients must have adequate holiday and personal medical insurance, which can be arranged, if the client elects to arrange his/her own cover we request the name of the insurer and the policy no.
* Any accident of whatever nature that occurs within the booked accommodation for whatever reason is the responsibility of the respective client, not agent or the owner.
* No Pets

Around and about

Malaga Airport is only 30 minutes drive away.

Mijas Pueblo, one of the most picturesque ¡¥White Villages¡¦ in the south of Spain, is a typical Andalucian village with narrow cobbled streets, flower decked balconies, intriguing shops and a vast choice of restaurants.

Nearby Fuengirola, is a well established family beach holiday resort, with beaches shops, bars, restaurant, entertainments, zoo and Aquapark.

Marbella an old, walled town enclosing Orange Square, surrounded by narrow lanes of exclusive shops, where you can sip fresh orange juice or chocolate and churros, whilst watching the world go by, or perhaps a glass of wine alongside the glamorous marina in Puerto Banus, where you might spot a famous face or tow.
Malaga, the origins of which go back to the Phoenicians and Greeks, still retains its Spanish charm with its original bodegas and tapas bars, with fascinating architecture, including the Cathedral and La Alcazaba, a Moorish fortress so lavishly appointed that it rivalled any of the principal Arabian palaces.

Travel inland, a pleasant journey through orange, lemon and olive groves or via a winding maintaining road, takes you to Rhonda perched high on a rock and divided into two parts by a 90 meter gorge, with its white washed Moorish houses, Arabian baths and one of the oldest Bullrings (1785) in Spain. The impressive Garganta del Chorro is a deep gorge where the Guardalhorce river flows, and beyond this the spectacular chasm to the ¡¥Spanish Lake District¡¦

The choices are too numerous to mention, for a full day trip, it is possible to visit Nerja, Granada, Cadiz, Seville and Gibraltar. For the more adventurous, Tangiers is a short trip away by ferry or hydrofoil.

A trip to the duty free port of Gibraltar is 80 minutes by car. Or you can book excursions from Fuengirola where you can visit Alhambra Palace in Grenada or the historic cities of Seville or Cadiz.

DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT TO TAMISA HOTEL
As you come out of the Airport take the signs to ' E15 - N340 Malaga/Cadiz'
Over roundabout and stay in right hand lane to take N340 Torremolinos/Cadiz.
Approximately 2.2km stay in right hand lane and take road signed 'E15 - N340 to Benalmadena & Algeciras.(you pass exit for Coin Churrina & Parador de Golf)
Travel approximately 20km and just after footbridge which crosses road take exit marked Fuengirola/Mijas
(The following are exit roads you will pass before getting to this exit:- 1. Torremolinos, Palacio de Congresos ((& past Repsol motorway service station)). 2. Exit 222 Benalmedena Arroya de Miel, ((at this point the signpost changes to Algecira Fuengirola)) 3. Exit 217 Benalmedena - Mijas.)
Just after the neon direction sign, get into right hand lane and take A7/ N340 Costa (exit 214) to Fuengirola. Algerciras. (NOT E15 toll Road marked Marbella/ Algerciras)
(Past following exits:- 1 Mijas/Fuengirola. 2. Fuengirola/Los Boliches. 3. Fuengirola/Mijas. 4 Fuengirola)
At 5th exit take road for Fuengirola/Coin, at roundabout take right exit to Coin.
Travel down this winding road for about 3km until you get to the Hotel Tamisa Golf (you will pass a BP garage on left, a set of traffic lights, Repsol garage on right, two restaurants on either side of the road called Hoyo 19 & Moreno).
Turn right into Hotel Tamisa Golf, you will be met and taken to the apartment.
Please note that the occupation of your apartment may not be until 4 pm.

Everything that you could expect from a self-catering arrangement had been provided for. We'd definitely choose the apartment again if we were going to La Cala area. Initial meeting directions were not sent through to us from Villa Renters, but after getting in touch with the apartment contact the arrangements were found to be fully flexible and convenient."
