First floor apartment with full air conditioning set in a beautiful, tranquil location. The lounge is light and modern, with comfortable sofas and an elegant dining table seating up to 6 people. Sliding, glass doors lead from both the living room and main bedroom to the fully equipped balcony which has views overlooking the pool. The apartment is equipped with Satellite TV showing the regular ’free to air’ UK channels. Heating & cooling is adjustable via one control, giving cool air conditioning in the summer and warm air in the winter. The main bedroom has a large double bed and ‘en-suite’ facilities, while a full shower room services the second, twin bedded room.

For the holidaying chef the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine & microwave as well as all the other appliances you would expect from such excellent accommodation.

The large balcony is equipped with stylish patio furniture where you can enjoy an aperitif followed by your meal. Las Golondrinas has a large communal swimming pool, which is heated in the winter months. There is lift and stairway access to the apartment.

Conditions

The person in whose name the booking is made acts on behalf of all other persons named and becomes responsible to Spoilt 4 Choice for all payments in respect of the booking.

The named person must be over 18 years of age.

Upon receipt of the agreed booking form and deposit we will supply a confirmation invoice advising the date that the balance is due (2 months prior to departure). Please note you will not receive a further reminder that final payment is due. If final payment is not received by the due date this could result in holiday cancellation and loss of deposit.
In the event of the client making a booking under 2 months prior to the departure date the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Breakage Deposit - £200 breakage security deposit payable with balance refundable on return after inspection of the property.

Cancelation charges as follows:-.
60 days or more prior to departure - deposit only*
31 – 59 days prior to departure - 50% of total booking price*
30 days or less prior to departure - 100% of total booking price
*Please note that Airline seats are non-refundable.
The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date Spoilt 4 Choice receives written confirmation.

If due to circumstances beyond our control the accommodation booked becomes unavailable coincidental with the clients scheduled time of residence we will do everything within our power to offer the client alternative accommodation to the same or of a similar specification. If this cannot be met a full refund will be made.
FORCE MAJEURE. Spoilt 4 Choice cannot be held liable if it is unable to fulfill its contract with the client due to strikes, national or local disasters, riot, war or threat of war, accident, fire, flood, act of God or government intervention.

INSURANCE
All guests must have adequate holiday and personal medical insurance.
Any accident of whatever nature that occurs within the booked accommodation for whatever reason is the responsibility of the respective client, not Spoilt 4 Choice or the owner.

The Costa del Sol region

Around & About:

There is so much to do here including the local aqua park, zoo, water sports, shopping and go-karting .

Mijas Costa is one of the most scenic areas of the Costa del Sol, sprinkled with traditional Spanish villages. One of the best known and within easy reach is Mijas, with its white washed buildings and laid back way of life centred around the square with its cafes and unique donkey transport system.

An Aqua park is just down the road.

Fuengirola Zoo has been updated, at dusk they change the animals from daytime to nocturnal.

In nearby Benalmadena, there is a Cable Car, taking you to the peak of the Calamorro Mountain, with spectacular views on a clear day as far as the Rock of Gibraltar and the Coast of Morocco. There is also Tivoli World, which is a small theme park and in Torremolinos there is another Aqua park, a Crocodile Park, SeaWorld and Selwo Dolphin Park.

The old and historical towns of Grenada and Seville are about 2 hours drive. Excursions run daily from Fuengirola.

Visit the historic, British Rock of Gibraltar. Take a taxi up the rock to see the Barbary Apes, the Siege Tunnels and St Michael's Caves and shopping here is duty free!

Driving to the historic towns of Seville or Granada, with the famous El Alhambra Palace, takes less than 2 ½ hours.

Most excursions can be arranged at the coach station in Fuengirola.

Only 25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport.

Las Golondrinas (the Swallows) overlooks the 5th fairway of Los Lagos, Mijas Golf, and is in the heart of The Costa Del Golf. Many of the other golf courses, such as La Cala, the new Santana, Miraflores and Alhaurin, are within a 15 minutes drive, making it ideal for a winter golfing holiday break.

A quiet and tranquil setting but within easy reach of bars, restaurants. The Tamisa Golf & Byblos Hotels, provide entertainment and wonderful views of the golf course. Sit on the terrace and look at the golfers pass by.

Within a few minutes’ walk there is a taxi rank, mini-market, bar and the excellent El Golf restaurant.

The bustling town of Fuengirola is only a short drive; it is a large and vibrant holiday resort, where you will find a huge selection of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs to cater for every taste. There is a small fishing port and harbour and beautiful beaches, which go for miles.

A car is recommended, although there is a taxi rank nearby.
