The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is home to some of the most beautiful towns and cities in the world. It is an ideal destination for holiday makers throughout summer and winter months. The coastline here is sheltered by hills and high mountains allowing for a kind of micro climate. This limits rainfall, and as a result the region enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year.
Mijas Costa / Riviera Del Sol Miraflores area
Miraflores village caters for all tastes. All local amenities are within walking distance aswell as Miraflores Golf Club, crazy golf and tennis. There are numerous other courses on the Costa del Golf, such as Mijas Golf, La Cala, Santa Maria within a 15 minute drive. The local beach is a 2-miunte drive away.
Miraflores is an ideal location for touring the Costa del Sol. Marbella is only 15 minutes drive, aswell as the famous Puerto Banus which is 20 minutes drive.
There are plenty entertainments for the children nearby, including Selwo Wild life Park, Fuengirola Zoo and Benalmadena Tivoli World.

Check in time 2pm and departure time 11am unless agreed otherwise.
Renters are required to have appropriate travel insurance. The owners/property management company cannot accept liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of rental.
Conditions
A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking, balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
A damages deposit of €150 to be paid and refunded no later than 2 weeks after departure, subject to satisfactory inspection of property.
Cancellation charges apply and initial deposits are non-refundable.
Bathroom towels and linen are provided. Beach and pool towels are not provided.
If the length of stay is less than one week there will be an additional charge to cover cleaning and laundry costs.
