The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is home to some of the most beautiful towns and cities in the world. It is an ideal destination for holiday makers throughout summer and winter months. The coastline here is sheltered by hills and high mountains allowing for a kind of micro climate. This limits rainfall, and as a result the region enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year.
Mijas Costa / Cerrado Del Aguila area
Cerrado del Aguila is a secure gated urbanisation set within acres of the Mijas Hills. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 5 minutes drive to a beautiful beach and the resort of Fuengirola with its lovely long promenade, bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. There is a shopping mall and multi screen cinema 4 minutes drive away. There are no fewer than 10 more golf courses within a 15 minute drive and there is a racecourse nearby. Please enquire if you wish to pre book golf tee times.
There are some great attractions for the children to spend hours having fun which include Fuengirola Zoo, Mijas Aquapark, Tivoli World to mention just a few.
Marbella and the trend setting Puerto Banus are only a 25 minute drive away - their shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment facilities are considered the best on the coast.
There are many more excellent beaches and marinas along the Costa del Sol coastline where you can choose from many types of water sports including water-skiing, jet skiing, fishing and scuba diving.

Renters are required to have appropriate travel insurance. The owners/property management company cannot accept liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of rental.
Conditions
A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking, balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
A damages deposit of €150 to be paid and refunded no later than 2 weeks after departure, subject to satisfactory inspection of property.
Cancellation charges apply and initial deposits are non-refundable.
Bathroom towels and linen are provided. Beach and pool towels are not provided.
If the length of stay is less than one week there will be an additional charge to cover cleaning and laundry costs.
