Casa Andaluz is situated in a lovely peaceful location, just 1 minutes stroll from a large swimming pool with sunbathing areas, tennis courts and bar/restaurant. Every other amenity is catered for in the upmarket, Mijas Pueblo,(village), which is a 4 minute car journey away, or a pleasant half kilometer walk away. The village has dozens and dozens of restaurants and bars, offering a varied selection of local and international cuisines, to suit every budget.
The house has three double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, new fully fitted kitchen, large lounge and dining room. There is a small landscaped private front garden, offering shade from the midday sun, and at the rear of the property is a landscaped patio garden, with al fresco dining and entertaining area, sunbeds and jacuzzi spa bath. From here you can see the most wonderful sunsets.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is the most popular tourist destination in Southern Europe, and for that reason has the best amenities available. here you will find and can have any type of holiday you desire. There are wonderful beaches, inland lakes and mountains to explore. There are animal and safari parks, zoos, amusement and water parks.
There is boating, fishing and lots of other exciting water sports. How to get there
Flights from most UK, European and US airports to the recently up-graded Malaga Pablo Picasso International Airport. Many other countries will be added over the next 12 months, as additional facilities are completed at Malaga. It is a 20 minute car journey to Mijas.
You can also fly in and out of Gibraltar and Granada airports, but you have a longer car journey to the property. Please ask for details.
Car Hire at budget prices is widely available from Malaga Airport, or any of the resorts in the Costa Del Sol. You don't need to book in advance, but you will probably find it cheaper to do so.

The property will appear very new, as a full professional refurbishment, in a traditional Moorish style, has just been completed.
