Home description
El Choique has a gated entrance leading into a well established garden with fruit trees. There is ample space for private parking.
Upon entering the villa to the right of the hall is a modern well equipped kitchen with the addition of a utility room catering for all needs. On the left of the hall there is a guest toilet.
One small step takes you to the "sunken" open plan lounge and dining area with a feature fireplace. Patio doors lead onto a delightful terrace, which is gated and children friendly. There is a lovely BBQ area on this terrace and it overlooks the beautiful pool (there is the extra option for the pool heat facility). The views are awesome of the coast and mountains. Also on this level is the master bedroom, with kind size bed, it is a very good size and has plenty of fitted wardrobes and also a modern en suite bathroom, with step in shower and double sink unit.
There is also a 4th bedroom which can be used as a playroom, ideal as it is situated just off the lounge area. There is a separate television in this room. On the upper level there are two further bedrooms, one is a double and one twin bedded. Both have en suite bathrooms. One with step in shower and the other with bath and shower overhead. They also have patio doors looking south with the spectacular views.
The owner has small children so is fully aware of requirements for both security and comfort in mind.

Mijas Pueblo and its surrounding are one of the jewels of the Costa del Sol. Nestling comfortably in the hillside above the area of Fuengirola, this charming typically Spanish village has impressive views over the coast.
White-washed houses arranged in tiers clinging to the hillside, narrow cobbled streets lined with tiny shops selling local wares; the village and its occupants enjoy the "manaña" way of life.
One of the best ways to see the village is by means of the local taxi service, being a quaint donkey service. For 6€ you can take a donkey ride around the streets, or indulge and spend 12€ for a small cart pulled by a donkey.
Take time out from relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the activities and the local area; the best of both worlds really is on offer as you have an endless choice of wonderful beaches, golf courses, nightlife, whilst Fuengirola, Marbella, Gibraltar are just a drive away ........... the choice is yours!
