Home description
This villa is located in a quiet urbanisation on the hillside near the white village of Mijas Pueblo. The sea and beaches are just 15 mins away. With incredible panoramic views. To the south is the sea and west the setting sun. An ideal location for visiting Marbella and Puerto Banús, just 30 & 35 minutes away.
Our rustic and spacious villa has full air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge. Fully equipped with all the usual appliances. The open terrace by the pool has a traditional Spanish BBQ, whilst at the other end is the covered terrace with a dining area. The Villa with the pool and garden is all on one level, no trudging up and down stairs with drinks etc.. For those wanting a little peace there is the large upper garden with swing and pergola and views across to the mountains and also to the sea.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol has one of the best all year round climates on the coast of Spain, with many fantastic beaches and tourist attractions. Spain though offers an incredible history including cities like Granada with the Alhambra Palace and many other sites including Serville, Cordaba and of course not forgetting Malaga with the castle and Picasso Museum.
Mijas, Spain / Valtocado area
The Costa del Sol or as some call it the Costa del Golf offers many golf courses up and down the coast, including Valderrama near Gibraltar to Alhaurin Golf just five minutes away. There are many more Golf Courses with 30 minutes drive. La Cala, Mijas, Laura and Alhaurin Golf are just to name the local ones.
Nearby is the picturesque white village of Mijas Pueblo with many narrow streets with lots of souvenir shops and many restaurants. Also the bull ring and walks along the top with magnificent views to the coast.
In Fuengirola with it´s fine beaches and chiringuitos (beach bars/restaurants) we also have a water park, excellent zoo, great shopping including El Corte Ingles (type of Spanish Harrods) and a great night life with discos and bars. Whilst there are many other attractions slightly further afield including go-karting, safari parks and fun parks.
How to get there
Airport - Malaga (AGP) international Airport with flights from many airlines including Easyjet. There are many car hire companies located at the Airport and are very competitively priced. Taxis are also available 24 hours a day right outside the Arrivals Terminal. Our villa is located on the hillside of Sierra Mijas just 5kms from Mijas Pueblo. From the Airport to our villa is approximately 30 minutes.

Further details indoors: Our rustic and spacious villa has full air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge. Fully equipped with all the usual appliances inc. UK Sat TV , dishwasher and extra fridge for those beers and wine. The gardens are on two levels being large, spacious and with incredible views. The larger than normal pool is heated on the same level as the house. Above there is the top garden with a pergola and swing for those wanting privacy and peace. The spacious open terrace by the pool has a traditional Spanish BBQ, whilst at the other end is the covered terrace with a dining area. Off the lounge is a further covered terrace with views to the sea ideal for al fresco eating. Finally to the side of the house is the breakfast garden.
Further details outdoors: The gardens are very private with plenty of space. On the lower garden around the Heated Pool are terraces including covered dining terrace and BBQ area.
The larger than normal Pool is heated and is 9m x 4.5 metres. It is cleaned once a week. There are sunbeds including mattresses and outside chairs for 8 persons. Outside covered dining area has ceiling fan and toldos for shade. Top garden has a pergola for dappled shade and snoozing, also there is a double swing chair to view the scenery.

Notes on prices - Prices are for the property per week in Pounds Sterling and include a heated pool, air conditioning and welcome pack. The heated pool is optional at 100 sterling per week during the winter months, October through to the end of April.
Preferred method of payment: POUND STERLING - Bank transfer to be made directly into UK Bank Account
EURO - Bank transfer to be made directly into Spanish Bank Account.
To make a confimed booking we require 25% deposit. The balance and security / breakage deposit is normally due 10 weeks prior to travel.
The security / breakage deposit will be refunded on your return once we have had confirmation by our agent that looks after our villa that the condition is the same as when you arrived,

An ideal holiday for the three generations of the Woolleys. Masses of room for the 7 of us. Enjoyed the BBQs and the daily trips to the Aqua Park, Fuengirola, Marbella etc. All just perfect. PS Welcome pack was very much appreciated.
