The property has a private roof terrace with sun beds and shower. The property has 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The living/dining room leads onto a terrace where you can enjoy a glass of Sangria whilst watching the sun set. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a downstairs wash room. The property has its own private patio style garden with barbecue area. The urbanisation has its own communal swimming pool.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Mijas, Spain / Buena Vista, Mijas area
One of the jewels of the Costa del Sol is the beautiful little village of Mijas, which nestles comfortably in the mountainside at 428 metres above sea level.
The many beaches of Benalmadena and Fuengirola are 10 mins drive away. Further down the coast are the excellent beaches of Cabopina and Elvira.
Wandering through the narrow cobbled streets of this Andalucian village, you can understand what has attracted foreigners to settle here over the years. Many artists and writers have made it their home, enjoying the benefits of an excellent all year round climate, without being part of the busier, more commercial coastal towns just 7 kilometres down the mountain side.
Despite its huge popularity with tourists, Mijas Pueblo has somehow managed to retain much of its traditional Andalucian way of life, the locals displaying their unabashed passion for all things festive and an unmistakable relaxed 'mañana' outlook on anything that can be put off for another day.

Check in time 2pm and departure time 11am unless agreed otherwise.
Renters are required to have appropriate travel insurance. The owners/property management company cannot accept liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of rental.
Conditions
A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking, balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
A damages deposit of €150 to be paid and refunded no later than 2 weeks after departure, subject to satisfactory inspection of property.
Cancellation charges apply and initial deposits are non-refundable.
Bathroom towels and linen are provided. Beach and pool towels are not provided.
If the length of stay is less than one week there will be an additional charge to cover cleaning and laundry costs.
