This character cottage is set in a completely unspoilt area of the peak district situated a mile from the hamlet
Of Middleton by Youlgreave. Our driveway is almost a mile long with our nearest neighbour also being approx
one mile away. The cottage has French doors leading to large enclosed private gardens from which there are
Uninterupted views stretching for many miles. The property is ideally suited to one small well behaved dog, we do make a charge of £20 for your pet.
Internally the cottage has a large downstairs living room/ dining and kitchen area with full cooking facilities. Beamed ceilings to both downstairs and upstairs. There is a king size bed in the upstairs bedroom and a full bathroom with hand held over bath shower.
There is extensive secure private parking, a cycle store and dog and boot washing facilities. The cottage contains a
TV, DVD player, range of books, games and dvd's. Numerous footpaths lead from the farm with many
beautiful circular walks. We are situated close to the visitor attractions of Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Heights of Abraham,
Bakewell, Matlock Bath, Ashbourne and Buxton. The cottage is an ideal base for walkers, dog lovers, ramblers,
Outdoor pursuits, bird watching, fishermen, history lovers or for just totally relaxing. Many of the pubs have
