A superior detached three bedroom villa, with a pool, in a quiet road, in the town, near the sea, restaurants shops and bars. Breakfast and fresh bread (bought from a nearby supermarket) may be taken on the terrace over -looking the pool and garden. Relax around the pool on the sun loungers, read today's English newspapers which can be bought from the shop a five minute walk away. A selection of DVDs, Cd's and books are available for your entertainment. Satellite TV showing BBC and other channels together with a DVD/CD player add to your enjoyment options kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ( in the garage), kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. One fully equipped tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and wash basins with illuminated mirrors. Bedroom three has a balcony and an en-suite shower room. Two electronic security safes which can be programmed with your own security code are also permanently fitted for the use of our guests. English agent to greet. For the evening in the cooler months enjoy the oil fired central heating or the log burner stove.

The Costa Dorada/Tarragona region
The Costa Dorada is south of the Costa Brava, the main city is Barcelona, The region is a fertile area with many Roman ancient sites. Miami Playa area
Miami Playa is a small town approx. 90 kilometres south of Barcelona and about 200+ kilometres north of Valencia. The beaches are among the best in Spain, from the very large Crystal Beach to the small beaches in coves which are nearly always deserted. Excellent sandy beach with safe swimming with beachside refreshments. Relaxed, easy-going atmosphere.Pleasant surrounding countryside. The nearest airport, which is served by a cheap airline (Ryanair), is Reus. Miami Playa is twenty five minutes by road from Reus Airport. There are bus and train services in Miami to major towns North and South. The nearest large resort is Salou where the main theme park Universal Studios is situated. The next town Is the charming town of Cambrils.
How to get there
Ryanair fly to Reus Airport which is 25 minutes by road to the town of Miami Playa. Thomson and other charters fly to Reus,Barcelona and Girona Car hire is available from the airport, Solmar is recommended. Local transport links are also very good. Taxis charge 40- 50 euros each way.

Further details indoors: The terrace overlooks the pool, surrounding the pool is a large sun lounging area upon which are a table and chairs, sun loungers and parasols.The garden is surrounded by a gated high wall and oleanders.A natural sun trap. By the pool is a large patio area for the sun loungers.The garden has a lawn which has an automatic watering system, (operates at night). The boundery walls are masked by oleanders and flowering shrubs. Guests are invited to pick the lemons and fruit when in season. The kitchen is of the American type, opening onto the dining area. Two bedrooms share a large luxury bathroom, the other has an en suite with a balcony with sea views.
Further details outdoors: The property is surrounded by a hedged wall with secure gates for privacy and security. Around the pool is a patio area for outside dining or relaxing on the sun-loungers. The sea can be viewed from the top balconey.

We have an English agent who meets the incoming guests with the keys. He is Spanish speaking and is very helpful in making your holiday the most enjoyable experience. He can tell you about how to get the most from your holiday, from where to buy your English newspaper in the morning, to where to find the quiet secluded beaches. If you have a problem ask Norman.
Conditions
A deposit is payable of £200 or 300 euros on arrival and will be refunded subject to the house and contents being cared for. The deposit may be paid prior to the holiday with the balance payment or locally to our English agent, to be refunded when returning the keys before departure. Changeover day in the off season is by negotiation

Lovely position in the town, close to shops, restaurants, bars and beaches, we didn't need the car once we'd arrived. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The children loved the garden and the pool. Every thing that we had hoped for . Just wanted to say what a fantastic time we had.The villa was superb,the beaches excellent.Can I also pass my thanks to Norman who when quizzed about the local area or problems, he was only to glad to assist. I would definitely go back.
