Spacious individual property with its own private pool 8m x 4m, this villa is ideal for a perfect family holiday. A large front terrace overlooking the pool provides a perfect shaded area to relax for those who prefer not to sunbathe on one of the sunloungers around the pool.
Ground floor accommodation comprises master bedroom with en suite shower room , and super king size pocket sprung bed which can also be split for twin beds as required , along with a full bathroom. Upstairs is an additional large living room , with two terraces , and three double bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the terraces. A full family bathroom with separate shower unit is also on this level A travel cot is also available for the younger visitors . The open plan living /dining room has comfortable seating for 8 people . The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances , and equipped with ice machine , juicer , steamer , and two fridges so you will never be short of a cold drink. Large BBQ and garden table with parasol for 10 people ensure that outside catering is a must for the summer months . Off road parking for up to four vehicles is avalable , although the quiet residencial street offers plenty of outside parking as well. Wi-fi included , along with freeview satellite, and flat sceen television in the living room and master bedroom. A further television upstairs offers either satellite tv or playstaion 2 for the kids. Close to all the local ameneties , this villa is ideally placed for both convenience and relaxation. Occupancy is strictly restricted to a maximum of 8 people ( including children )

The Costa Dorada/Tarragona region
Spains " golden coast " , the costa Daurada has 216km of beaches and is home to the second largest theme park in Europe , Port Adventura ,( only a 30 minute drive from the villa ) . Thrilling rides and rollercoasters , this park is owned by Universal studios and makes for a fun-packed day out for all the family.
Aquapolis , near Salou , offers all the rides and slides , as well as a dolphinarium , with shows throughout the day Only 15 km drive , the busy tourist resorts of Cambrils and Salou offer liveliest nightlife on the Costa Daurada. Tarragona city is the regions capital , only a half hour drive ,and is a well preserved roman town , with plenty of historic features , as well as modern shopping areas.
Miami Playa / Zefir area
Miami Playa is situated on the Costa Daurada , and offers long stretches of sandy beaches , as well as secluded coves , several with beach bars open day and evenings. The long stretch of Cristal Beach has a promenade with beachfront cafes and restaurants , and the beaches are clean , well maintained, and never crowded.
Golf is less than 5 minutes away at the Bonmont Golf Club , and cycling , horseriding are also available. Numerous tracks provide walkers with an endless choice of routes .
The many bars and restaurants offer a wide choice of foods ,from German to Italian and chidren are generally welcome in all restaurants to eat as a family.
Throughout the summer months , the local tourist office can supply the programme of Summer Fiestas , from Fireworks on the beach to bullfighting , with live music a daily event in some bars.
There are several supermarkets in Miami , supplying everything you could need , with some English products , although if you want all the English products , a trip to the english supermarket in Salou could allow you to stock up with all the " must haves ".
Miami can be as lively or laid back as you make it !

Conditions
25% deposit required to secure booking , full payment due 4 weeks before arrival date. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Cancellation prior to final payment being made will incur loss of deposit . No refund if booking is cancelled after the final payment has been made ie less than four weeks notice Although smokers are welcome , smoking is confined to the living area , garden and terraces ( not bedrooms ) A breakages and cleaning deposit of gbp 250 is required on arrival . This will be returned on departure subject to there being no damage to the property , and it being left in reasonable clean and tidy conditions
