Home description
This is a really lovely family villa with a pool situated within a 20 minute walk to Miami beach.
Upstairs there are 3 good-sized bedrooms (sleeping 6), a big wrap-around sun terrace, and a bathroom, with bath. Downstairs there is a modern kitchen, lounge, dining area and second bathroom with shower. There is a plasma tv with cable access offering over 100 channels in English, German and Spanish. Internet access can be arranged.
There is a patio with outdoor furniture, charcoal grill, lockable car-parking and a fenced garden. The on-site manager greets you on arrival and shows you to your villa. He is on-call 24 hours a day during your stay.
The house is situated in private grounds with 13 other villas and is directly opposite parklands.

The Costa Dorada/Tarragona region
There are an enormous amount of activities in the area; Tarragona, for 400 years the Roman Capital of Spain, lies to the north of the villa, and to the south, the protected nature reserves of the Ebre Delta. There are historic castles, monasteries, and many pleasant villages spread throughout the landscape from the mountains to the coast, with literally hundreds of shallow beaches and coves. .
Miami Playa area
From the villa, Miami beach is a 20 min walk; cafe & takeaway 3 min; supermarket, shops & restaurants 15 min. Port Aventura adventure park is a 20 min drive; BonMont Golf Course 15 min drive; Barcelona 1.5 hours. Reus airport is a 20 min drive and costs about 60 Euros by taxi. Trains run every couple of hours to Port Aventura, Tarragona and Barcelona from L'Hospitalet station, which is an 8 Euro taxi fare away.
How to get there
Reus Airport - 20kms to the villa. RyanAir & Easyjet fly directly from the UK to Reus (sometimes called Barcelona Reus) Taxi - there is a taxi rank at the airport; cost is about 50 Euros to the villa. Car Hire - www.europcar.com ; www.avis.com ; or www.hertz.com.
Barcelona Airport - 150 kms to the villa Car Hire - www.europcar.com ; www.avis.com ; or www.doyouspain.com. Train - You can take a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport to the Barcelona train station for around 20 Euros. The train from Barcelona to L'Hospitalet de L'Infant runs every couple of hours and the journey takes 1.5 hours and costs 7.5 Euros per person. The 5 minute taxi ride from L'Hospitalet to the villa costs around 8 Euros. www.renfe.com .

A booking form will be forwarded on request and the villa will be held for a period of 14 days on receipt of the completed booking form. The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. The 70% balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival date. Linen charges and security deposit are to be paid to the on-site manager on arrival at the villa.

150€ security deposit required and must be paid direct to site manager on arrival and will be returned on departure, less any cost for loss or damage as applicable.

Thank you Michele - We has a wonderful holiday it was idyllic , a lovely relaxing enjoyable holiday! The beaches were lovely and to my sons delight the sea was very choppy one of the days. We went to Barcelona for two days and Port Adventura for 3 days. Hi Michele, Holiday was great. You are very lucky to have such a great holiday villa close to Tarragona, Salou and Canbrils.
