About the home

This house is in a gated community with 2 communial pools, a safe area for young children. It is 2 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Playa Crystal where you can find restaurants and bars to get a drink after a long hot day on the beach, It is a wide beach with soft sand and great for children and adults alike. If you are more adventurous a trip to Port Aventura is a must this can be reached easily by car or rail.

The house has 3 bedrooms one with bunk beds, and a double sofabed in the living area. Baby travel cot is available on request. At time of booking please ask.


EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT IS AVAILABLE...........SPECIAL OFFER....There are 2 bathrooms upstairs with outside terrace attached to one of the bedrooms also a w.c downstairs with an outside terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is WiFi Internet next to the pool area for those who want to keep in contact with home.

Tarragona has a wealth of history to explore and is only 30 minutes by car or a short train ride away. Port Aventura is a must for the kids and the young at heart only 20 minutes by car and the train drops you right outside. There is a water park on the Universal site and also one in La Penada on the outskirts of Salou. Salou is a bustling area full of restaurants, bars and shops. Lots of night life too.
Cambrills is a pretty port where you can watch the fisherman bring in their catch every day.
Or you can sit at a sea side bar and watch the world go by.

The Miami Playa / Pino Alto area

Miami Playa and L'Hospitalet de L'Infant has a number of festivals during the summer and a trip to the tourist information booth will let you know exact days and times. There is a stunning firework display on the beach in nearby L'Hospitalet de L'Infant during August every year, not to be missed.

There is entertainment near to the complex most evenings in the high seaon, Flamenco dancing etc.

This is also a good area for golfers and fishermen alike as there are a number of good Golf courses locally and Cat fishing on The River Ebro brings out huge fish.

On the beach there is a childrens play area and some water sport activities.

Reus airport is 20 minutes by road .Ryanair fly from many UK and European towns. There are several car hire companies at the airport, always book on line as it's much cheaper, and remember they only accept credit cards.
L'Hospitalet Railway Station is only 10 minutes away.
Barcelona airport is approx. 1hr 30mins by road, served by Easyjet and Ryanair low cost airlines.

NOW..that Southend Airport is up and running..EASYJET flights from the south of England are more economical.
