This modern lofty waterfront home, features 6 bedrooms and 4 baths and will accommodate up to 12 people.
The Tropical has a very nice garden and a wonderful pool deck overlooking the canal.
Tropical is situated in the very exclusive gated Island of San Soucis.
This property is a LEGAL SHORT RENTAL WITH ALL CITY AND STATE LICENSES and is professionally managed.
San Soucis is at a 8 minute drive of the wonderful beaches of Bal Harbour. The Island is located 15 mn North of Miami Beach and 15 mn South of Aventura. This house is surrounded by a large number of restaurants, groceries stores, house of worships and of all possible sport activities.

When entering the front entrance door of the property, guests will be impressed with the lofty feeling of the villa with its living room unusual 14 feet high ceiling and exceptional luminosity. The floor plan of the living area was conceived as a a large open space. The living room is equipped with a Sofa, comfortable leather chairs, a plasma tv and desk with a computer.
To the right of living there is a large gourmet wooden kitchen fully equipped and a large dining table.
All bedrooms are equipped with Plasma tv's.
In the left wing of the villa , you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The Master bedroom is spacious equipped with a queen size bed and have a nice view of the garden and the canal. The mater bathroom features an over sized shower with 2 shower heads and a bath tub.
The 2d master bedroom features high ceilings is equipped with a queen size bed and offers a view on the charming private patio. second bathroom is located next to this room with a tub.
3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, bathroom is next to it with a shower
4rth bedroom is small, next to kitchen facing the pool and is equipped with 2 twin beds.
In the Right wing of the villa, we have the two bedrooms that are equipped with two queen beds an that share a bathroom equipped with a tub.

The garden is very pleasant with a great pool, a convenient barbecue and comfortable outdoor furniture for you to relax and enjoy.
