La Hacienda is a gorgeous Mediterranean vacation rental home located in on the exclusive Keystone Island. Beautifully landscaped and with 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom, this house is a renters paradise. This serene vacation house is located on the water with direct access to the ocean, just a few minutes to Bal Harbour and Aventura. The floor plan is open and gives a lot of space in its 2578 sq.ft. featuring the feeling of a true loft. The entire property is landscaped with a tropical setting and this home offers comfortable furnishings. The large living room opens up to the backyard and pool area. Its floor is covered with a warm Spanish tile. This living room includes a dining room and an open gourmet kitchen. This vacation property has a large master bedroom, with relaxing garden & canal views. The flooring has been covered with beautiful bamboo. The bathroom has been fully redone with marble and top of the line fixtures, including a tub for your convenience. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the floor is covered with new maple parquet. The second marble bathroom, located in the hallway, has also a tub. The other aisle of the house has two bedrooms: The third with a queen size bed and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. This independent kid’s quarter is very comfortable, as kids can play without disturbing their parents. This quarter also includes a Futon bed to accommodate extra guests if needed. The small white tile bathroom with a shower will be shared by those 2 rooms. The backyard area is large and perfect for outdoor lovers. Take advantage of the pool, and sun or simply relax on a lounge chair. Enjoy lunch and dinner in the garden with your family and friends
