Conveniently located on Collins right on the Ocean, The Shelborne is a historic hotel that also serves as a vacation rental property. This South Beach building is a few steps from the famous Delano, Shore Club, Setai, Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road.
The South Beach vacation rental building mixes regular hotel rooms and condo-hotel rooms. Rooms of both categories are of the same level and same sizes, some of our condo hotel rooms are of better quality than hotel rooms. There is a substantial difference in the hotel room’s price comparing the vacation rentals.
This South Beach studio has 280 sqft. The unit has been renovated in 2007. The living area is covered with elegant white marble.
The room offers a queen size bed and a futon that can be converted in a bed. The bathroom was redone in white colour. The unit has a very convenient kitchenette.
