Cancellation Policy: When we take your booking we take the property off the market. It is an inconvenience and often a financial loss for us if the rental is subsequently cancelled. We do realise that sometimes circumstances change and we have a simple policy for this situation. If you cancel more than 30 days before the booking we offer a full refund. If you cancel less than 30 days before the booking we will only refund if we manage to re-let the property. If the rental is for a smaller amount then we will reduce your repayment by the net difference.

Beautiful beaches and bright blue skies, make this a fantastic place to visit all year round. The name Gold Coast comes from the coins that occasionally wash up on the shore in the area. This is due to a large number of Spanish Galleons that sank off the coast carrying large amounts of gold and silver coins.

This place is perfect if youre on a trip with girlfriends or family ! We loved the atmosphere of the place because there were so many cool pieces inside and it felt like we were at our own apartment . It is very roomy and vibrant and best of all it is located like 4-5 blocks away from the beach .... I mean it doesnt get much better than that . The only thing is that there wasn't an iron and the "pull out bed" is a tad bit too small . Otherwise, we will definitely be staying here on our next visit to South Beach ....Loved !! |

what else can i say, handover perfect, apt larger then expected, everything realy worked within apt., great 5 min walk to beach, just the best to live like a local in south beach for couple of days. always again. stefan |

I have stayed there with my wife and our 20 month old son. The apartment is big enough and comfortable even for 2+2 families. Lucy (managing the property from UK) is very professional, we had no major problems with the accommodation. |

We take a security deposit of $400 upfront by credit/debit card or through PayPal, against damage, which is refunded following departure.
ALL PRICES ARE QUOTED IN US DOLLARS, however, we also accept payment in UK pounds and so please ask if you would prefer a quote in UK pounds.
• Florida Sales Tax
We are legally required to pay Florida sales tax, which is charged in addition, at a rate of 7% of the rental price. Some properties available on-line do not charge this tax. That means the owner is not legally registered to offer short term rentals in Florida and it may also be the case that short term rentals are not allowed in their building.
We think 7% seems a small amount to pay to be sure you are not witnesses in a tax avoidance investigation at some point during your holiday or in the future! Beach Town Apartments is part of Beach Town Investments LLC, a legally registered entity in the State of Florida.
