Being centrally located and near by shops and all facilities, but at the same time the Apartment is not on the main road and not so noisy. You will be able to live like the Locals and take part in the many festivals which take place during the summer months.The Apartment is near: restaurants, shopping, post-office, bank, bus-stop (5 min. walking), Ferry Boat (5 min. by car) etc., and boat rentals are available in the area.
Mezzegra is located on the western shore of Lake Como in Tremezzina, near the most prestigious area of Como Lake: Punta Del Balbianello, Villa Carlotta, Cernobbio (hotel Villa D'este and Villa Erba), Menaggio (Golf Club with 18 holes), Bellagio, lake of Lugano and Saint Moritz (Swiss).

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area

Then there is the legendary “Villa Cassinella” with its well pruned cypresses and the historic “Villa Balbianello” on the woody Lavedo: one of the most extraordinary places of Lake Lario, near the apartment!
Mezzegra / Azzano area
Mezzegra is in the middle of the Lake of Como, it's famous for the capture of Benito Musolini. In Mezzegra town there are many facilities:supermarkets, markets, the post office, bars (with a fabulous ice cream, try it!), etc.
You will also able to find many interesting places to visit like Villa Balbianello-Lenno (James Bond, Casino Royale and Star Wars), Lido di Lenno with beach, music and cocktail, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo and its beautyful garden, Como City and Bellagio by ferry boat and many other place to discover.
