Entering the apartment on the second floor into a lobby where there is a double storage cupboard and door that has the staircase leading to the bedrooms downstairs (first floor) and garage (ground floor). Also off to the left is a bathroom (3x2m) complete with sink, large shower, bidet and toilet and two windows over looking the rear of the apartment and grassed area
To the right of the lobby is a large lounge (25 sq m) with 2 two seater sofas one a double bed settee, TV, Hi-Fi, shelving, cupboard, dining table and 5 or 6 chairs, grandfather clock. The lounge has two large patio doors opening onto the front of the apartment with spectacular lake views. The two patio doors open onto a large terrace 35 sq m (front of apartment), which then becomes L shaped and grassed (to the side of the apartment which is 27 sq m) and then to the rear of the apartment (28 sq m grassed area) that the bathroom windows overlook. The lounge also has two patio doors and a window to the side of the apartment that opens onto the side grassed area where there is a flight of steps up to the rear of the apartment block which is an additional open spaced area. There are also steps leading downwards to the road via a gate additional entrance and sole use of the apartment.
Off the lounge is a separate fully fitted kitchen (16 sq m) complete with breakfast bar, two stools, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine. A door in the kitchen leading to the side of the apartment opposite the stairs leading to the raised area
Back in the lobby the stairs to the first floor opens onto another lobby with bedroom 1 located at the front of the apartment below the lounge. This bedroom measures 12 sq m complete with double bed wardrobe and bedside cabinets and a patio door leading to a large 45 sq m terrace again with excellent panoramic lake views
Adjacent to bedroom one is a single bedroom 8 sq m with single bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Adjacent to bedroom one is the second bathroom (7.5 sq m) complete with shower toilet, washbasin, bidet and SMEG washing machine
In the lobby next to the internal stairs is bedroom 3 (12 sq m) which contains a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets and 2 windows one overlooking the garden area to the rear of the apartment the other the side of the apartment
Adjacent to bedroom three is the third bathroom (5 sq m) with shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area region
The Lombardy has a wealth of history, steeped in culture and famed for its cuisine.
Lake Como has been loved as a holiday destination by travellers for many years, which is attributable to outstanding landscapes, charming villas overlooking the lake and its typical ancient villages.
The climate is perfect for water based activities as well as winter sports such as snowboarding and skiing, which makes Lake Como an ideal location for both summer and winter holidays.
The area contains the homes of many celebrities as well as wealthy Milanese who have second homes dotted along the shoreline.
The Mezzegra area
Mezzegra is approximately 23 km north of Como town is a bustling town that offers much in the way of nightlife, with many bars, shops and a supermarket and many restaurants specialising in typical “cucina Lariana”, which includes many fish dishes using fish freshly caught on the lake.
In the nearby town of Lenno there is a lido with exclusive beach (sand) is a popular place in the day for beach lovers, and equally as popular in the evening when it is transformed at sunset into a plush bar ideal for aperitif and then into the evening for restaurant food and lastly open air disco.
For sports lovers there is ample choice with tennis, golf (3km) and horse riding (4km) close by whilst further a field there is windsurfing (15km) and Ski Resorts (100 - 150km).
