Home description

All brand new, our Bungalow was opened on June 2009; is situated on a hill of Mezzegra, amid the greenery and it's served by a private road. It catches an incomparable sight, in addition to a complete exclusive privacy. The horizon embraces high and low mountains surrounding the all area. It takes a full view of the Tremezzina Riviera, from Lenno to Tremezzo, with Bellagio lying to the left at the nether tip of the promontory on the opposite coast. This position dominates the bay of Lenno, named Golfo di Venere from which we took the name of our Bungalow.

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area

Every year, there is an influx of tourists keen to discover every area of beautiful Lake Como. The climate in spring and autumn is mild, so this is the best time to explore the area if you don’t like the heat. Versace, George Clooney and many other famous stars have houses nearby!

Mezzegra area

Mezzegra is known for its historical events. Tremezzo and its Villa Carlotta, famous for its museum and botanical gardens, is only 1km away, as is the popular and well known Villa Barbianello, and Bellagio is just a 10 minute trip by boat. Como, ideal for shopping, and Lugano, with its shops and casino, are 30km away. Milan is just 50km away, and the prestigious Swiss town of St. Moritz is just over an hour away. The best ski slopes are only 10km away, and in just under an hour, you’ll find yourself in the Valtelline valley, which offers great skiing in Livigno or Bormio.

The swimming-pool is wide mt. 10 x 4 with a height of mt 1,30, with a descending flight of stairs leading easily inside it. It is located at the end of the garden on a panoramic spot with a bird's eye view of the landscape. It has sunloungers, sun umbrellas and a shower. If occurred one may have towels and toys.
