Further details
Electric storage heating throughout with additional heating from woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, colour TV, DVD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Loading/unloading outside courtyard entrance only - then move car to main town car park (500 yards, costs approx. £35 per week). Small enclosed rear garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pubs, restaurants and shops 2 mins walk. Note: Uneven courtyard approach, slope and steep cottage stairs may make this property unsuitable for young children or the infirm.
The West Country / Cornwall region
Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Or could it be the cliff-top theatre at Mynack, working harbours, the world famous Eden project or St Michaels Mount, cut off from the mainland by a causeway. Or even the endless activities on offer; the Camel Cycling and Walking Trail, stunning coastal paths or the National Surf Centre at Newquay’s Fistral beach. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
The Mevagissey area
With winding cobbled streets and a harbour full of boats, the quaint little town of Mevagissey is the epitome of a Cornish fishing village. This lovely little settlement offers stunning walks along the cliffs, sandy beaches and hidden covers to explore, as well as a great selection of pubs and restaurants. Very close to the village are the Lost Gardens of Heligan, whilst a ferry from Mevagissey to Fowey runs daily between Easter and September. Other attractions in the area include the Tall Ships harbour at Charlestown, its shipwreck museum and the tropical biomes of the world famous Eden Project - all of which are under 15 miles away. With fabulous beaches and the renowned gardens of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula within easy reach, this wonderful little village is an excellent place from which to explore the rest of Cornwall's diverse coastline.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
