Camellia cottage is a two bedroomed two bathroomed cottage located within the grounds of kilbol country house hotel,in a quiet and peaceful hamlet adjacent to polmassick vineyard. Just two miles from the gardens of heligan and from the historic fishing port of mevagissey. The famed eden project is 20mins drive. The cathedral city of truro is also about 20mins drive and newquay is approx 30mins to the north

The West Country / Cornwall region
The cottage is geographically sitauted in the centre of Cornwall, on the South coast. Virtually anywhere in Cornwall is within an hours drive of this location. To the North lies the action, world class surfing venue of Newquay. Rock and Padstow, made famous by Rick Stein are just east of Newquay. To the East, places of interest include Charlestown (famous for film locations involving sailing ships, Fowey (Daphne Du Marier country and a busy working port, and of course Plymouth (naval dockyard). To the West, Falmouth, vibrant working harbour and home to the well known Famouth working oyster boats. Further West takes you to Penzance and the heliport to the Scillies and further west to Lands End.
Mevagissey / St Ewe area
Mevagissey is just a few minutes drive from the cottage and is a busy working fishing port. You are spoilt for choice here for pubs and eateries, not too mention Cornish pasty shops. Meva has a festival in Falmouth celebrates a world class regatta week in August each year and the following week the regatta continues in Fowey

All cottage guests hav the full use of hotel facilities which include outdoor pool (40x20ft), crochet lawn, and hotel bar and restaurant. A small trout stream runs along the southern boundary of our property

Well behaved dogs are welcome..a small charge of £10 per dog per week is levied for extra cleaning both of our luxury cottages have balconies which are suitable for smoking though not entirely wheelchair friendly we have many regular guests who are semi disabled. booking conditions require a deposit of one third rental on booking and the remainder is payable six weeks prior to your stay
