These attractive barn conversions are positioned on the owners cattle and arable farm and have been well converted featuring exposed beams and stonework. The sheltered position on the hillside enjoys lovely sea views in a peaceful setting with nearby tennis courts and recreational ground which provides entertainment for all ages. Many circular walks lead from the farm through the beautiful countryside and to the coast path which enjoys spectacular views and will lead you to sandy coves, beaches and the fishing village of Charlestown with its harbour home to traditional tall ships and Shipwreck museum. Conveniently located less than 1 mile from the centre of Mevagissey, you will have easy access to a range of pubs, shops and narrow streets winding down to the historic harbour. There are many attractions in the area to suit all tastes including The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock House, Restormel Castle and the unspoilt fishing villages of Fowey, Looe and Polperro to name a few. Some of the many leisure facilities in the area include boat trips from the harbour, water skiing, windsurfing, golf at the championship 6500 yard course at Carlyon Bay, health spas and fishing amongst others.

Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC accessed down a few steps. Lounge: with exposed stonework, log effect electric fire, TV, Freeview, DVD and a selection of books, games and CDs. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Outside: small patio area to the front with garden furniture. Amenities: regret no pets. Additional info: regret no children under 5 due to the steep stairs to the mezzanine bedroom but babies in arms welcome. Reduced rates for couples in off-peak periods.
