This mid-terraced cottage in the Cornish fishing village of Mevagissey is less than a quarter of a mile from the lovely harbour. The cottage, which has a second floor twin room with its own sitting room, ideal for teenagers or couples who want that extra bit of privacy, has been very well equipped and furnished. There are also two double bedrooms in the cottage, as well as a fitted kitchen and a cosy sitting room with a dining area and a warming electric stove. While there is no dedicated outside space to this cottage, all the amenities of the village are just moments away, and the area offers many walking and sightseeing opportunities, including to the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the world famous Eden Project.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
