What a great place! Thanks for giving us the opportunity to build up memories in this enchanting place. The view, the pool, the fire, great atmosphere, you made this a real home away from home. We had a very relaxing week with great food and fantastic company. Su & David helped us out so warmly with all our needs, it is a great set-up. I hope many family & friends will find their way to your lovely home Maison Mazeray, Love from Amsterdam.

We had a wonderful time at Maison Mazeray. We loved the location, the pool, the view from the pool, the BBQ & outdoor area and the style of the beautiful house. Thank you to David and Su for all their information also. We had everything we needed & the pool was a real benefit for our three children. Cheers and we will recommend to our friends.

We have spent 9 fantastic nights here at Maison Mazeray – a beautiful house in spectacular surroundings. Do hire bikes and cycle through the vineyards – great fun! The pool is lovely during the day and fantastic in the evening enjoying the view with a glass of wine – we spent many happy moments there. Thank you to David & Su for help with the birthday cake & info.

We have spent a fabulous week at Maison Mazeray celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The market in Chagny on Sunday morning was the perfect place to buy what we needed for our home cooked meal here. We loved cooking on the Lacanche/ lovely meals at Le Chevreuil in Meursault and Bistro de l'Hotel in Beaune. A very special dinner at Lameloise that we'll remember forever. We loved exploring the vineyards and tasting the end-products of all the work and effort the vignerons go through. Vieille Vignes in Meursault was helpful in choosing our wines for our dinner here. Take the rue des Pieds des Foret all the way to the end - fabulous views and then you can take a good walk starting there, 'St Christophe' although it was too cold the day we went! Su & David Bishop were so kind and helpful. We are sad to leave and will keep this as a treasured memory.

"Beautiful house and pool in lovely location"

We stayed at Maison Mazeray with our three children (7, 5 and 2) and we were really impressed by the quality of this home. It is a charming old place with lovely refurbishments. The pool (with a retractable cover) was a real bonus as the weather was perfect and the view from the outdoor table and lounge chairs of the vines was lovely. We enjoyed exploring the town and surrounds of Meursalt and it is only a short drive from the pretty town Beaune.
David and Su kindly showed us around the property and gave us some good hints of what to do in the area. Highlights include the farmers market in Beaune on Sat mornings, bike riding to the neighbouring towns and trout fishing a local farm.
What a fantastic place. We would definitely recommend this house to others.
