The House is nicely furnished, is situated in the Centre of a village of about 1000 inhabitants, which is 500 meters from the sea, surrounded by a garden where are produced seasonal fruits, vegetables, wine and olive oil in a natural way, in addition we breed rabbits to colloquial use and fertilizer for our garden at Km 0. The House is air-conditioned, equipped with satellite Tv and you can use the kitchen and the laundry room with washing machine completely autonomous. The area offers more than beautiful beach trails for cycling, mountain biking and hiking.;

The House is located just 1.5 Km from the motorway South of Messina, A/18, an ideal location for both the beach and go hiking in the mountains and admire the views over the Strait of Messina and the Aeolian Islands, is well furnished and consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a twin bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, two bathrooms and washing machine. Apartment has air conditioning, satellite Tv and fireplace. This House is rented exclusively granted for tourist purposes according to article 1, paragraph 2, letter c, law 431/98 and art. 1571 and succ. Civil Code.

    How do damage deposits work?
