This fine villa is located in the northern part of Sicily. Precisely in one of the most enchanting and suggestive part of the region, where sandy beaches meet imposing cliffs which skillfully wind along the coast, as only nature could do, eventually diving into the clear waters of the Thyrrenian Sea. The building is made unique by the surrounding natural scenario, which provides an almost idyllic atmosphere. Being situated very close to the beach (only 50 mt), it allows, from its terrace, a breathtaking view of the crystalline sea and of the Aeolian Islands archipelago.

The house, plunged in a wide garden (about 5000 sq. mt) amid olive and eucalyptus trees, offers large spaces in the shade where to spend pleasant moments in the utmost quietness, enjoying at the same time the surrounding suggestive scenery. From the large garden one can have direct access to the shiny sandy beach, lightly touched by the warm and clear waters of the sea. An ideal frame to this oasis of peace and rare beauty are the mountains belonging to the Parco Naturale Dei Nebrodi, covered by a thick Mediterranean vegetation. In the evening, on the terrace, possibly dining by candlelight, one can feel a unique sensation: the sea breeze from a side, and the rumbling of the waves from the other.

Not far, and therefore reachable with a short walk, there is the lively small town of San Giorgio of Gioiosa Marea, in the past a fishermen's village. Here you will find several bars, pizza parlors and restaurants where you can taste the typical specialties of the island.

The villa is provided, besides, with fine and extremely tasteful antique furniture, which make the atmosphere particularly warm and comfortable. Inside, the property is divided into two semidetached houses with separate entrances: the largest has, in the ground floor, an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower - while on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second has, in the ground floor, one large living/dining room with kitchen and, on the first floor, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

In this place there are a wonderful sandy beaches and many places to see: we recommend trips to the Cathedral of Patti (4 Km), to the the villa Romana with precious mosaics (3.5 Km), to the ancient greco-romano city of Tyndaris (8 Km). Also take a nature walk around the national park of Marinello (10 Km) with its salt lakes sandy dunes and spectucular scenery, excursion can be made to Eolian islands from Patti Marina (3 Km) to Milazzo (30 Km), Taormina (100 Km), S. Stefano di Camastra renowned for the production of ceramics (60 Km), Cefalù 90 Km, Palermo 160 Km, Siracusa 220 Km, Agrigento 230 Km and Catania 150 Km.

Dear family,
thank you so much for having us to stay in your wonderful Villa!
We had a fantastic time with lots of swimming in blue sea, a lot of playing tennis and football and we endlessly enjoyed the wonderful views!
The weather was amazing, we loved piching oranges and enjoed hearing all Giuseppe's stories of Sicily!
We would love to came back one day!

We spent a wonderful week. Kids enjoyed the beach and sun. so many thanks for the tomatoes, basilic and so are from your lovely garden. Eating, swimming, relaxing... it was a little heaven! Mille grazie!

Many thanks Giuseppe and family for our lovely week in your beatifully situated villa. We enjoyed the wonderful views and were pleased,
we had brought stone for all walks along the beach.We found it very peaceful and relaxing.
Giuseppe was very kind, visiting to make sure all was OK telling us his stories and with nice gifts.
