The villa has a secure private garden south facing with own pool. All on one level living/dining/kitchen.Large patio with built in B-B-Q , garden furniture and recliners .The beach, ideal for surfing is 0.1km . The pinewood forest setting of the villa provides for a tranquil relaxing holiday. Bicycles are also available and there a numerous cycling paths so you can enjoy the entire area in a safe enviornment. It is 0.5 kms to the village with shops restaurants and cafes/bars. The village also has tennis courts,archery and swimming pool and tourist office which will give you all the up to the minute details of entertainment in the area of which there are plenty. There are 3 championship golf courses within 15mins drive.

The coastline is famous for its surfing. Further south is the old harbour village of St.Jean de Luz . Just over the border in Spain is the beautiful town of San Sebastian renownded for its Tapas bars and night life.The town of Dax is famous for its Spa treatments it also has a casino.The Port of Capbreton a short drive away has a large marina with restraurants serving up the catch of the day a feast not to be missed.There are three championship golf courses within 15 mins. drive.There are many off road cycling and walking routes with detailed maps available

Messanges area

Messanges is a compact village with good restaurants, cafe and bars. It has a surf shop supplying all your needs for the beach.The beach of fine sand stretches for miles with the Atlantic waves chrashing in.The evening brings magnificent sunsets which can be viewed from the dunes or the beach restaurant. Horse riding and pony trekking are very popular.The Sardine festival is a must, with local music and wine.The aera is noted for its Foie Gras the finest in France.

How to get there

By plane Ryainair,,Air France from Birmingham , Stanstead and Luton . Daily from Dublin to Biarriz with Ryanair. Aerlingus and Air France to Bordeaux. Bordeaux is 1.30 mins approx to Messanges. Biarritz is
a 40 minute drive to Messanges All major car hire desks are situated in the arrivals hall at both airports ,early booking is recommended.
