The lounge features a flat screen TV, dvd player ,playstation and a selection of games and dvd films for the children,three seater sofa which converts into a comfortable double bed,occasional chairs,and the kitchen is fully fitted with every convenience. Bedroom 1 has double bed and large wardrobe and leads out on to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and one pull out bed and large wardrobe. There are 2 toilets.
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
Situated in Frances most Southeastern corner this one of the most popular areas in France and really is a fantastic holiday destination.
This Mediterranean coastal region bordering Italy is both charming and full of character. Sandy beaches, tranquil bays, picturesque villages set in mountains and vineyards and an ideal climate enjoying 300 days of sunshine every year.
This beautiful region boasts a craggy coastline with the Alps plunging straight into the Mediterranean sea. In the north of the region lie the Alps with snowy peaks and sunny ski resorts, which are only an hour's drive from the sea. This area is a perfect destination for both beach and ski holidays.
Soak up the variety of landscapes and dramatic coastline, national parks and nature reserves, including the famous Camargue. Famous for its wines, notably the Côtes du Luberon and Côtes de Provence. This prosperous region is a hotspot with the rich and famous from all over the world.
Visit Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice , Cannes and St Tropez . Visit the quiet villages perche inland such as La Turbie and Peille
The Menton area
Menton, with its warm sunny days throughout the year has the perfect mixture of old and new which is joined seemlessly in this charming harbour town.
It has a beautiful new marina as well as a sailing and diving school. Menton is the perfect location for visiting the chic resorts of the French and Italian Riviera as the local train stops at all the famous towns-Monaco, Villefranche, Beaulieu, Eze, Nice, Cannes, Ventimiglia, San Remo.
There are many activities including golf at the Monte Carlo golf club, tennis at Monaco Country Club, visit one of the wonderful day spa resorts in Monaco such as in the Hotel de Paris for some serious pampering at a reasonable price. Walking, paragliding, sailing, swimming, windsurfing are available nearby. Rent a yacht for the day in Monaco harbour. 3 ski stations are within 1-hour drive in Italy and France. There is the vibrant and colourful Menton Lemon Festival, Nice Festival and Jazz Festival, Monaco Grand Prix and Cannes film festival - the list is endless. Theatre, ballet, and orchestra, casinos, Monte Carlo Sporting Club, cabaret for an evening out. Wonderful shopping in San Remo, Monaco and Nice.
Roquebrune old village is perched on the mountainside, super views of Monte-Carlo across its bay. Monaco and Monte-Carlo are less than 5 miles have many attractions including the Palace and of course the Grand Prix and various carting races during the year. Many houses and gardens to see. Good walking either along the coast or in the mountains, you can walk the 'Corbusier Way' around the Cap to Monaco in about 3 hours, and get the bus or train back. You could also see the old village or visit the castle.
Visit Europe’s biggest market in Vintimille in Italy or ventrure onto the hill top village of Gorbio where on Thursday after Corpus Christi in June the annual rite of Procession des Limaces takes place.
The weather is nice especially in winter because it is never cold.
Local & tour buses visit a number of picturesque hillside villages -St.Agnes, Gorbio, Dolce Aqua and Mercantour Park. It has an easy relaxed style and is an ideal holiday location for all ages. Car parking (free) is available on streets outside the apartment.

Fly direct to Nice with Easyjet, BMI, Aer Lingus and Ryanair and take direct express coach from airport to Menton( I stop in Monaco). Coach stops short walking distance from apartment. Journey time by coach is 50 mins or 20/25 mins by car from airport.
All of the major car hire companies have offices at Nice airport and Menton.
Menton has excellent train service to Nice, Monaco, Cannes, Ventimeglia and all the tourist locations on the Cote d Àzur. A TGV train travels to/from Menton -Paris daily in the summer season.

Traveled with my husband and daughter in January this year. Apartment is very clean and modern,very quite area,you couldn't even hear the neighbors. there is always free car spacing available.Even that outside was only +6 +12 degree, we had a fantastic holiday anyway. It is only few minutes walk to the sea and shops are nearby as well, large supermarket only 2-5min walk. i would recommend this apartment to all my friends and everyone. |

You will be required to pay for the cleaning of the apartment at €50 on departure If you want to rent linen/towels these are charged at €12 per person on arrival. All rentals are subject to conditions, which will be forwarded with your booking confirmation.
