A newly furnished, superbly located, spacious 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment (700sq ft) with large lounge, modern kitchen & dining area for 6.The apartment is quiet and free of traffic noise. The lounge features a three seater couch(convertible),occasional chairs,and the kitchen is fully fitted with every convenience. Bedroom 1 has double bed and walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and large wardrobe. All apartment windows overlook an enclosed park.
Across from the beach, promenade and Casino.Exact location map is available. A car is not necessary as the Old town, fashion shops, restaurants, cafes, marina and famous gardens are all at your doorstep.Supermarkets & daily fruit/vegetable/fish markets are right beside you.The Menton train station, where all trains stop, is only a 3 minute walk with trains to Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Ventimilia (Italy) etc every 30 minutes.The direct express coach to and from Nice Airport stops outside the apartment as do local buses to Nice, Monaco, Villefranche.

Menton is the perfect location for visiting the chic resorts of the French and Italian Rivieras as the local train stops at all the famous towns-Monaco,Villefranche, Beaulieu, Eze, Nice, Cannes, Ventimiglia,San Remo.

Local & tour buses visit a number of picturesque hillside villages -St.Agnes, Gorbio, Dolce Aqua and Mercantour Park. Menton is a thriving town with regular festivals, concerts & exhibitions in addition to its beautiful beaches, scenic promenade and breathtaking cliff walks to Monaco and Italy which is only a mile away. It has an easy relaxed style and is an ideal holiday location for all ages. Car parking( free) is available on streets adjacent to the apartment or underground (charge).

How to get there

Fly direct to Nice with Easyjet, BMI, Aer Lingus and take direct express coach from airport to Menton( I stop in Monaco). Coach stops outside apartment. Journey time by coach is 50 mins or 20/25 mins by car from airport.

All of the major car hire companies have offices at Nice airport and Menton.

Menton has excellent train service to Nice, Monaco, Cannes, Ventimeglia and all the tourist locations on the Cote d Àzur. A TGV train travels to/from Menton -Paris daily in the summer season.

A deposit of 25% is required on booking, with balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit is required on arrival and will be returned in full on departure provided no damage or breakages have occurred.
Supplements apply for Christmas,New Year,Lemon Festival, Monaco Grand Prix.
Special offers: reductions for rentals in excess of 15 days except June / July / August.
Rental price is for 1-4 persons.Additional persons will incur a charge of Euro30 per week per person.
A fee of Euro 35 (total) is payable directly to the concierge for changeover cleaning and laundry.
All rentals are subject to conditions which will be forwarded with your booking confirmation.
