This lovely cottage has two bedrooms, a double with stunning Victorian-style four poster bed and a single bedroom. The bathroom has a victorian bath and hand-held shower. Tiled floors benefit from under-floor heating and there is a heated towel rail.

Mentmore is a prestigious and sought after village located in Buckinghamshire. It is in a lovely country location. and a great place for exploring the Buckinghamshire region. Great walks and fabulous country pubs are all on your doorstep. Mentmore is on the edge of the Chiltern Hills - a lovely range of rolling hills with green fields and bluebell woods. It is also close to the Grand Union Canal which provides a holiday atmosphere - you can walk along the canals and also hire a boat for the day. Mentmore has a gastro-pub owned by the racing driver Mark Webber and you can ven select his Mark Webber Pizza!

Mentmore is a good location for Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes.
The closest rail station is Cheddington which is a 40 minute journey into Euston/London.

Conditions
Bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of a deposit of one third of the total rental, (or if the booking is made within eight weeks of the commencement of the holiday, the full rental.)
A booking fee of £20.00 (£17.02 plus VAT £2.98) per property is required for bookings up to 4 weeks, for bookings of 4-12 weeks £45 (£38.30 plus vat £6.70) and bookings of 12 weeks or more a booking fee of £75 (£63.83 plus VAT £11.17) per property is required with the rental.
A damage deposit of £100 is payable for bookings up to 4 weeks long, and one week’s rental for bookings over 4 weeks.
The deposit is fully refundable after the cleaners have inspected the property and any telephone bills have been itemised (if applicable).
