About the home

Ideal for 2 to explore the area of the lake without the need of a car.
Private balcony, modern kitchen, new bathroom with shower and w/c.

Double bedroom with ample wardrobe and sofa. The beach, restauarants, lake, ferry, shops are all just a few minutes walk. Bellagio, Varenna and the whole boat accessible by boat!

Villa Carlotta and Balbianello gardens by ferry. Milan, Monza, Switzerland by train.

What images does Lake Como conjour up for you? Relaxing palm lined lake side strolls.,sipping a cool glass of your favourite soave wine as you sit back and admire the mesmering lake and majestic mountains?
Lazing about on the beach as waitors bring you your favourite cocktail whilst your while away the hours beneath tented gazebos or never ending lunches or dinners where you can indulge yourself in typical italian specialities?

We fell in love with Lake Como and moved here from the UK lock, stock and barrel as we couldn't bear to leave the beauty of the area, the welcoming locals, the tranquil pace of life, the lust for life (or more like food and wine!).
