A luxury one bedroom apartment, sleeping 2 people in Menaggio with a swimming pool and great panoramic views of the lake. 'Bellavista' is situated just above an easily accessible pool which is open between May-Oct. There is a lovely and very comprehensive bathroom, double bedroom, living and dining room, with a fire-place and all the luxury you could want for on your stay in Menaggio. Both the bedroom and the living room, connect to a very sunny terrace with a table and 4 chairs. There is also a private garage.
The view from the terrace is breathtaking; you overlook Menaggio, Varenna and Bellaggio (the golden triangle) with a superb 180 degree views of the lake and the mountains. Facing South and East, there is full sun everyday. The apartment would easily fit a family, but we prefer to offer it as a romantic and luxury apartment for 2 people. You can walk down to Menaggio centre in 5 minutes as well as to the ferry where you can catch the boat to Varenna and Bellaggio.

Menaggio area
Menaggio has a very attractive lake shore line with dramatic mountain views , its also fortunate enough to have many wonderful old buildings, these complimented by the lovely beauty spots, gardens and trees. The Ferries run from Menaggio to both the North and South of Lake Come making it an ideal centre for sightseeing. The lovely lakeside and harbour have many cafes where you can sit and relax while watch the world go by. Outdoor activities abound in this area and are very popular with holiday makers. An18 hole golf course, mountain biking, water skiing and lots of other sports are all here to be enjoyed by you and your family.

Payments by Credit Card, Debit Card & Wire Transfer There are no additional charges for credit card, debit card or bank transfer payments. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
