Bellagio is accessible with just a 20-25 minute ferry ride across the water as are all parts of the lake from the near by ferry port. Menaggio is home to lakeside living par excellence, a shingle beach, palm lined lake walks, fashion boutiques,superb restaurants etc etc all virtually on your doorstep. Water sports, boat hire, mountain walks, cycle hire are all available for the more adventurous-please ask for details, we will be happy to help! For customers wishing to drive your own private garage is close by as the road around Menaggio runs behind your apartment.

Customers spend hours on the balcony, dining alfresco, enjoying an aperitifo(or two) or just laying back and taking in the sun all with the lake offering the picture perfect back drop. The apartment is the perfect location for 2 guests whilst 2 further guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed. Recently refurbished, the kitchen is fully fitted, the double bedroom enjoys patio doors which mean you can wake up to the lake every morning, the bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, the living room looks out towards the lake with a comfortable sofa . The restaurants, bars and amenities are all situated close to your home.
