In the hearth of beautiful Menaggio, Charming tastefully decorated apartment overlooking the main 'Piazza', comfortable living room with its ancient fire place, balcony and lovely lake view...full equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (possibility to place a 5th bed), bathroom.

Supermarkets, ferry boat, bus stop and many other facilities are all at walking distance. Ideal both for family and romantic holidays!

Enjoy the romantic atmosphere inside the apartment, stroll along the lake promenade, taste the good home made ice cream in the square... go for a swim and sun bath in the "Lido" public pool. Dolce Vita is awaiting you here!

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area region

Enjoy a variety of landscapes from views of the Alps, serene lake side villas, botanical gardens, and ancient castles. There is hiking and boating, water sports and biking, shopping and sightseeing.

Visit the “Pearl of Lake Como” the famous Bellagio situated on the promontory between the two long 'legs' of lake Como. Together with Bellaggio, you must absolutely visit Varenna on the east side, Lenno on the west shore, Gravedona and Menaggio of course.

Visitors ever since have admired the blue waters and relaxed in luxurious villas in the wooded lakeside slopes above. Most of this historic Villas on the lake are open to visitors and boast architecture dating back to the early 1600’s, beautiful gardens, and neo-classic sculptures. Visit the Famous Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo with its garden and museum, go to Villa Balbianello in Lenno or villa Melzi in Bellagio. Make a trip on the Island, Isola Comacina with its Romanic church ruins, the special artists village and the typical restaurant.

But the real beauty of this region is that you can discover every little picturesque village, small church, narrow short ways, mysterious secret just strolling around on the shore of this unique lake and enjoying the views you have from every spot . Lake Como can become Your Special Place.

The Menaggio area

Menaggio is a beautiful halfway up the western side of the lake.

Menaggio is a popular destination, particularly for holidaymakers keen on outdoor activities. There is an eighteen-hole golf course close to town, and plenty of good walking in the area, from easy strolls to tough mountain hikes, as well as opportunities for swimming, water-skiing, mountain-biking and riding.

The town offers a pretty lakeshore lined with trees and flowers and dramatic mountain views.

From Menaggio you can take boat trips around the lake, and embark on excursions to the lake's scattered gardens and beauty spots. The town has a choice of restaurants, as well as general stores and bakeries.
Here you can relax by sipping wine on the balcony observing passers-by and the stunning lake panorama.

In Menaggio and the near villages composing the “Tremezzina” , the summer is animated by various events: popular feast, typical food and dancing evenings, evening market in Menaggio every Friday, fireplace around the lake. In particular the S.Giovanni feast at the end of June offers a spectacular fireplace show in front of Isola Comacina. Don’t miss it!

The shores of Lake Como are still today a succession of small towns with ancient stone bell towers and sumptuous villas. In order to have a good vision of the beauties of the “Riviera” we highly recommend using the public boats. We recommend the day tickets that allow you to use boats as well as the ferries and visit more than one town with the same ticket. The central lake ticket for example includes Menaggio, Varenna, Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Tremezzo and Lenno. Enjoy the lake and take time to visit the most beautiful villages on the Lake Como, narrow ancient streets, villas, nature... There is a lot to do!!
