There is a secluded garden area with outdoor furniture to enjoy the warm light evenings, as well as the facilities to enjoy a log fire from the lounge. It also enjoys a private aspect with views across the paddock to the woodland beyond.
At the entrance of the Lodge there are well kept grounds of Maxton House which enjoys its private garden and playground as well as outdoor catering. The holiday home also has entrance gates which can be secured and allow children to play freely within the grounds.
