About the home

The bungalow is full furnished and equipped to spend a comfortable time, located in a wonderful resort with palmers and a very big pool with a jacuzzi.

100 m2 , 2 double bedroom with air condition , 1 sofa bed in the living room, 2 family bathroom , spacious living room , nice kitchen full equipped ,wash machine room, furnished terrace , and private garden .

The resort is just 11 years build. Beside the golf course and 2 min distance walking to the beach.

REGARDING:

WIFI: is available in some spots around the complex and pool area where the reception is more powerfully.

SWIMMING POOL: the pool will be heated only during special bank holiday periods, like Eastern and Christmas, because the rest of the time there are very few people enjoying the pool to be a private resort.


There is a taxi station just in front of the complex besite the H 10 MELONERAS HOTEL .
the newest hospital of te island 300 meters distance.

The Gran Canaria region

.. that is how this island is called because of its extremely varied landscapes with European, African and even American vegetation. The mountain range in the island's centre, of a height of about 2000 meters, is cut by some bizarre canyons.

Hardly anywhere else you can find such different landscapes and even climatical zones being geographically that close one to each other: mountain massives, desert land, tropical forests, ...

Along the seaside there are wide beaches of sand, and while elsewhere people are shuddering of cold, here the tourists are lying in the sun and looking at those mountain peaks being covered with snow ...

The Meloneras area

Meloneras is the newest tourist area in the south of the island , there is a nice promenade along the cost until the beautiful light house where we find a shopping centre called boulevard " el faro " with the nicest and luxury shops , restaurants, bars and the famous casino. You will love it .
