This 3 bed property is ideal for every kind of family. There are 2 main bedrooms each having a double bed and the third bedroom has a set of four bunk beds. These are ideal for children and adults alike. The property has also a professional snooker table (extra payment required). Overall area of interior approximately 250 sqm. The kitchen is very big with a combined living room which makes it easier for who is serving lunch or dinner. There is also the facility to use air-conditioning in the bedrooms (extra payment required) However all rooms have ceiling fans.

The AC's are optional and cost 25 Euros a day for the 3 units. The boat is also optional and cost will be advised to guests upon arrival.
The snooker table is charged at 20 Euros a day. ( A refundable deposit of 400 Euros Is required) When there are small children in the group renting of snooker table is not possibile.

Malta is ideal for everyone as the island has a lot of history and very nice beaches for everyone to relax. For the history lovers Valletta is the ideal place as buildings , Museums and the new art centre are a must to visit. For the nightlife Bugibba and Paceville are awake 24 hours a day. Relaxing by the beach and in the hot sun can be total relaxation for the visitor in general.
The Mellieha / Santa Maria Estate area
Santa Maria Estate is the most Exclusive place in the whole island. You cam compare to the exclusive Bel Air in Los Angeles. Villas are all secluded from each other and Mature gardens makes this place unique in Malta. Besides all this the main Shopping area is only a 10 minute walk away. Mellieha bay is also very near only 10 minutes by walk.

I found the villa clean, but it did have cockroaches and there were ants all over the kitchen area. the lack of living space was a problem for us, as you had to do everything sitting at the dining room table, and the chairs were quite uncomfortable. There was a lack of brochures on "what to do in the area". For us, the snooker table, whilst very nice was impractical, as it was in the only area of the villa which could have been used a "living space". There were no basics when we got there, we had to go shopping straight away for toilet paper. If you use this villa, take some with you. Kitchen utensils were adequate, although the pans could have a better variety in there size, two really big pans and 3 frying pans is not really good enough for a family. The ensuite in the big bedroom is very small. The pool was cleaned regularly. Response: Hello Lyn, I expected a better review from you after all that i have done for you! You know that you stayed an extra night without paying for it! I was mislead because you have always asked for accomodation from the 1st till the 11th October,However since you came at 3 am on the 1st October you should have made your booking from the 30th September. As you said the Villa was found clean but at the same time you said that there were ants? Could it be that you left the insect screens open? As you know our property is surrounded by garden and ants / insects can easily get in if insect screens are left open! As you said the snooker table is very nice , unfortunately you did not pay for this excellent option we have,so for you this was a wasted space! I am sure other guests felt the opposite! Surprised that you mention certain things only now! I was all the time with you when you were waiting for the taxi to take you back to the airport and all you said was "What a fantastic time we had staying in this beautiful place"! When i go on holiday if there is something wrong i speak to the person in charge at that moment and not 10 days after i leave! |
