An excellent property for an excellent holiday. The property enjoys the privilege of having its own private swimming pool and garden with a good sized BBQ area. The entrance is private. There are 2 terraces, one from the kitchen and one from the main bedroom overlooking the garden.There is a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, Kitchen / dining area & new furniture. Very secluded place, Ideal for that get away!!

The Island of Malta region
Malta is full of history, and is a great place for people who enjoy wandering through characterful streets in historic city centres and viewing the architecture. There are also plenty of places for entertainment (nightlife), with bars and excellent restaurants. The sea is very clean and ideal for swimming in. The climate is excellent with sometimes temperatures reaching 40' celsuis.
The Mellieha / Santa Maria Estate area
Ghadira bay is approximately 1 km. away from the apartment and takes only 5 mins. to walk to. You can take the ferry to Gozo which is very near and so view another beautiful island. The shops and restaurants are very near. Buses are only a 5 mins walk.An Excellent Property enjoying private pool and private garden.

This excellent villa apartment with private pool is also very close to the beach and flying to Malta is now very cheap as easy jet and ryanair operate frequently from various routes. Car hire can be arranged locally very easy.

We specifically asked for a very quiet location so that my husband could study. We got exactly what we wanted and then some! This villa is lovely in a very quiet part of the village. It has a fabulous almost tropical garden and a super pool with sun loungers around it. Saviour, the owner, was the perfect host. Our stay was excellent. The villa is very comfortable and conveniently located. The owner is accessible when wanted but does not interfere. He is prompt in correspondence and helpful. NB: Not for the disabled - access is via a staircase. |
