About the home

The villa consists of 3 apartments sharing the pool. This 3 bedroom apartment is one of them. The 3 bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting /dining area. A large terrace leading out from the apartment with garden furniture to enjoy your evening sitting out while dining. Fantastic views from the terraces of the apartment. Dishwasher in brand new kitchens for 2010. Hair dryer in every bedroom.

The villa is close to all shops, bars, restaurants, etc. A sandy beach is only 5 mins away by car or bus. Gozo ferry is 10 mins away with the car or bus. The apartment has its own private entrance and is equipped with a washing machine, TV with cable, telephone, wireless internet, fully fitted kitchen, microwave, coffee percolator etc. The Air Condition in every bedroom (optional) is operated by pre paid cards available from owner on arrival in the villa. The bathrooms in both of the 3 bedroom apartments are all marble.

Bookings for 2011 are being accepted. Book early to avoid disappointment.!!!

Plenty of parking outside the villa on the road or in driveway although we recommend that only the people using the ground floor apartment can leave their car in the driveway as not to disturb them.

A mature and lovely garden surrounds the villa, and there are steps that takes you to the upper side of the villa, which is a short cut to the village as the villa is situated on 2 roads. This is ideal for those that do not want to hire a car as it is only 2 minutes to the centre of the village. There is a BBQ, outside shower, umbrellas and deckchairs round the pool deck.

Mellieha is a small countryside village in the North of Malta. Its the last village before boarding the boat to Gozo.
Mellieha celebrates the Village Feast on the 8th September every year where there are a lot of fireworks and the Holy Mary Procession.

Guestbook for Ringway Apartment with Pool

This place is really beautiful. It is perfect for large groups and is superbly clean. We even found bread, jam and butter for our first breakfast when we arrived at night. supermarkets and bus stop within walking distance. Beach is a little further away, but there is a beautiful untouched cove within 20-30 mins walk, that is definitely worth checking out! All in all: fantastic experience that I can only recommend (particularly to large groups.)

My family stayed in the villa April 2009. Arrived in the dark after being stuck in a traffic jam and was pleasantly surprised. Had young children with us who loved running round exploring (obviously need to be watched near pool area and steps), the whole villa had a wonderful feel to it, very quiet and pleasant at night and lovely in the morning sunrise. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, even when we locked ourselves out! The villa itself was lovely and clean and homely, the upstairs part was especially large. Santa Maria estate is a good base for exploring the rest of Malta with a bus stop at the top of the road.Would recommend for anyone, especially large groups as you can have your own space but also plenty of room for get-togethers such as barbecues. This villa is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is beautifully appointed with every facility. The owners provided excellent service and were very friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. We loved the pool and the interesting views. The comfortable loggia provides welcoming shade. It is well situated for visiting the island attractions although a car is probably necessary.

We would recommend this property without hesitation especially for large family groups and we will no doubt be returning soon ourselves
