The apartment living room has panoramic unobstructed ocean views along 270 degrees. The patio is equipped with a 6 person jacuzzi as well as patio furniture to enjoy breakfasts overlooking the ocean only a few metres away. The apartment is also equippped with central heat/air conditioning unit.
The kitchen is finished with large granite counter tops as well as a tempanaki grill for entertaining. While cooking you will have a spectacular view of the bay of Mellieha!
There are three bedrooms, 1 with two single beds, 2 with queen sized beds. There are 2.5 bathrooms, the main bathroom and en suite are equipped with jacuzzi tubs.

The apartment enjoys full access to a common area swimming pool as well as a private 6 person jacuzzi on the patio.
Water access to the bay is by a nearby stairway to the sea and path to the main beach.
A once weekly cleaning service is provided to the clients of the apartment. Housekeeping will be done on a mutually agreed day of the week. The cleaner will spend 4 hours per visit in the apartment. If clients wish additional housekeeping services they can be provided at 15 euros/hour.
Included in the rental rate is pick up at the airport by a driver, simply provide us with the details and we'll ensure the driver is there to meet you and bring you to the unit.
*Note: The owner will supply a reasonable level of electricity included in the booking. A metered system is in place that will require card top up's if the level is exceeded. This reasonable level of electricity will let you enjoy your time in the apartment you during your stay, and would only be exceeded if the AC's and Jacuzzi are run carelessly. The apartment is equipped with 18,000 to 21,000 BTU AC units in each room they cool the rooms very quickly.

How to get there

Several low cost airlines fly to Malta including Easy Jet, Raynair. Air Malta also has daily flights to a number of European cities, reservations can be made here www.airmalta.com. For the UK there are scheduled flights out of Heathrow and Gatwick as well as other UK cities. (Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and Stanstead, Leeds and New Castle)
The public bus service is an excellent means of getting around Malta as is the rental of a moped or car. Public buses cover all major tourist areas and are quite economical to use. Bus trips from Mellieha will take between 20 to 30 minutes on average with the longest trips taking up to an hour.
Renting a car or moped is a good option for convenience... Mopeds allow for easy parking in areas where parking is difficult to find for a car and can be rented quite cheaply. All the road signs are in English and driving is on the left.
The trip from the airport to the property in Millieha takes around 40 minutes if you are familiar with Malta. We will provide for a driver (included in the rental package) to pick you up at the airport and ensure you are taken directly to the apartment and escorted to the unit to facilitate your arrival.

Wow! Recently returned from a wonderful trip to Malta with our 4 yr old son and friends. The booking was simple from the very beginning with Zita and any inquiries we had were immediately responded to. Upon arrival we were kindly greeted by Gino at the airport who made it his mission to educate us along the way to the apartment. Once at the apartment Nick was there to ensure we had everything we needed including a welcome kit. He answered all questions we had and offered his assistance in any way he could. Detailed instructions were left at the apartment and Nick was there at the end of the phone anytime we had a question or query. The apartment itself is not given justice by the photos, it is actually much larger than it appears and was perfect for our group. The location was great, only a 5 min walk to the bus stop, taking us almost anywhere we wished to go and only a 10 min walk to the beach. The hot tub was one of the main reasons we booked this apartment and it certainly did not disappoint, it was used and enjoyed by all each night, it was the icing on the cake. If ever in Malta during the Easter weekend, it is a must to visit the Good Friday Procession in the local towns, very much worth the experience. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment and the experience to anyone and would love to return for a 2nd visit anytime.

1. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Deposits are not refundable and the outstanding
balance must be settled in 42 days prior to check in arrival date. Failure to pay the balance due for
the rental in time will automatically release the property for rental.
2. Insurance: It is advisable to have travel insurance, in case you have to cancel your holiday or
anything you may need to claim whilst on holiday.
3. The owner will not be responsible whatsoever for any injuries, healthcare, accident
weather minor or serious, whilst at the property or outside of the property during your stay. .
Prices quoted are for the entire apartment with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
1. A 30% deposit will secure your booking.
2. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
3. Payments can easily be made by bank transfer to our Maltese or Canadian accounts via paypal.
4. All bills are paid for during short lets. Water and Electricity will be charged for long lets.
5. Key collection and drop-off on arrival in Malta.
6. Check out time 11.00am and check in after 1600Hrs (luggage can be dropped off any time after mid day)
7. A security deposit of 750gbp will be taken no later than week prior to occupancy, and will be returned the day of departure if via paypal, or within 5 business days if via bank transfer.
Credit Card details will be taken as a gurantee of damage depost with signed contract covering duration of occpancy. Any damages will be billed to card holder as per rental contract agreement.
