'Viewpoint' is a new built property block having stepped entrance to main front door, upon entering this quaint block you are greeted by a lift, which will take you directly to the entrance door to the Apartment, on entering the Apartment you will find an open plan typical Mediterranean style kitchen, living, dining area (Air Conditioned), which comes fully equipped, from here you can gain access to the balcony/terrace with those amazing views. The Apartment offers a family bathroom with shower over bathtub, a master bedroom (Air Conditioned) having double bed and en-suite facility, a bedroom with 2 single beds, overall the Apartment comes with newly purchased fixture and fittings.

The Mellieha area

The heart of the village is dominated by the Parish Church, which stands prominent on the ridge, being best viewed from the square or Mellieha Bay more locally known as Ghadira the largest and most shallow sandy beach on the island. In fact the north side of Malta is home to almost all the best beaches and beautiful bays you will find, such as Paradise Bay, Armier Bay, Mistra Bay, Mgiebah Bay, Golden Sands and Selmun. All these beaches are within easy reach of this beautiful village, which is the last village before crossing to the sister islands of Gozo and Comino, making it an ideal location for day trips to the Blue Lagoon at Comino a place were you will find the most crystal blue Mediterranean Sea on the islands and a 5 minute drive to Cirkewwa where one will find a regular ferry service, normally every 45 minutes to Gozo.

Either go as a foot passenger or take a car. Mellieha offers the idyllic location to holiday, together with the hospitality of the English speaking locals, fine Mediterranean wine and cuisine, just about sum up the perfect recipe.
