About the home

It is part of a beautifully newly built villa with gardens all around. The apartment is on the ground-floor. Just one flight of stairs from the apartment - on the second floor -, you can enjoy the overflow-pool (10mx5m) with large sundeck and panoramic sea views. The pool is for shared use with the owner family living upstairs. An outside shower and WC is for your convenience.

The location is extremely quiet and just minutes from an unbuild area. An ideal place for outdoor sports and recreation, yet not far from all the amenities and entertainment the north of the island has to offer.

There is a little bus stop just opposite the house with an hourly bus to the Mellieha centre and to the nearby beaches.

The flat will be fully cleaned once a week.
Smokers are welcome to enjoy their cigarettes on the private terrace and around the pool, however we ask for your thoughtfulness and consideration towards future holiday makers by refraining from smoking inside the apartment.

The Mellieha / Mellieha Bay area

Mellieha is a rural village and tourist resort in the Northwestern part of Malta. It is one of Malta's most picturesque tourist destinations. The town centre boasts of its fine restaurants and traditional cute shops as well as a well-stocked supermarket (open even on a Sunday morning). Mellieha has a majestic baroque church (built in late 19th century). If you happen to stay in the first two weeks of September you can enjoy various cultural manifestations, such as musical concerts, fireworks, folk singing, art exhibitions and the traditional religious procession.

“Amazing holiday!” We had a wonderfull holiday at Malta staying in this amazing apartment! The owners were so kind and helpfull - they made our holiday perfect! “Total relaxation, unforgettable experience in Mellieha!” From june 14 until june 21 2012 we had a wonderful time in the Il-Quortin Villa Apartment. Our Apartment were nice and the owner family was very friendly and helpful. Great location, our little daughter remembers the fantastic pool and sundeck with sea view. What an amazing sunshine from our terrace! Thanks for the hospitality! We hope to be back here! Family from Latvia, Riga.

“Des vacances de rêve” Des vacances inoubliables dans un appartement spacieux, propre avec une piscine de rêve. Un famille qui nous a accueilli de facon tres agreable, en nous donnant tous les details pratiques, supermarché, boulangerie, arret de bus,plages ...
