The Island of Malta region

Malta is a small island, but very rich in culture. You can visit some of the oldest temples in the world (3500 BC) or just enjoy the natural beauty of the cliffs and seaviews.

The weather in Malta is good all year round, with temperatures never dropping below 15 degrees celcius, but the biggest advantage in July and August is that you can be sure not a single drop of rain will fall!

The Mellieha / Tas Sellum area

The Tas-Sellum complex is a brand new residential development in a very quiet area.The road ends here, so you have no noise at all from passing traffic. It's a very kid friendly environment. The flowers and trees in Tas-Sellum are very well kept by an on-site gardener. The swimming pools are cleaned daily. There is 24/7 on-site security.

Mellieha has a lot of restaurants and watersport activities (from scubadiving to jetskiing) near the beach, only 500 meters away. In the commercial centre of Mellieha you can also find some of the best restaurants in Malta (Giuseppe's, The Arches, Dvine lounge), if you prefer finer dining.

There are a few bars in Mellieha village, with both Maltese and English pubs offering entertainment like billiards and karaoke. If you want to go clubbing, St. Julians and Paceville are only a 20-minute drive away. If you don't have a designated driver, it's easily accessible by bus, even at night. Taxi's are also very affordable.

“Awesome stay in Malta!” The property is very charming with a pool and has a sea view. Air conditioning is definitly useful because of Malta's hot weather. Everything we needed was there, and even more.

You get a free welcome food pack on arrival including bread, butter, eggs, cereal, milk, coffee/tea and water.

Only airport transfers, car hire and additional services requested are not included.

All payments are to be made in euro. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before travel. together with a security deposit of 500 euro to cover any breakages or damage during your stay. This will be returned to you in full, subject to any deductions, after your stay.
